Please advise on how to proceed with rectifying the following issue:
In the Form 16 Part A section, the "Amount of Tax Deducted" is shown as ₹92,332. This amount was deducted as part of my full and final settlement in March 2024, following my resignation from the company.
When filing my tax return, I entered ₹92,332 in the TDS section. However, I received an intimation under Section 143(1) indicating a refund amount of ₹9,770, whereas I expected a refund of ₹92,332.
Here are the details from ITR Intimation 143(1):
Pre-Paid Taxes:
Total Taxes Paid (Advance Tax, TDS, TCS, Self-Assessment Tax):
As provided by Taxpayer: ₹92,332

IMPORTANT
Please clarify and advise the following:
I found that an intimation order had been issued for FY 2024-25, wherein an additional demand of Rs 190 had been raised.
I clicked the link provided on the portal of Income Tax SMS proceeded to make payment. While I was just scrutinizing whether the demanded amount was to be paid under minor/major 400 head or 300, my laptop battery got exhausted and system closed.
Now on reopening, the link to make additional payment has simoly disappeared.
What to do and how to pay additional demand raised by ITD.
Please quide.

ITR-1 वालो का रिफंड ज्यादातर रुका हुआ है intimation आने के बाद भी ।
पंजीकृत मोबाइल फोन पर एस एम एस मिल गया। इंटीमेशन भी मिल गई। वांछित रिफंड भी एकाउंट में जमा हो गया है।
लेकिन इंकम टैक्स विभाग के पोर्टल पर 9 दिन बाद भी अपडेशन नहीं हुआ है।
इससे बहुत बडा भ्रम की स्थिति विकसित हो रही है।

I am NOT salaried person. I am in stock market. NOT doing day trading. NOT doing F&O. Earnings from STCG, LTCG, bank interest and dividend. My both houses are self occupied. Which ITR to choose. Request clarity.
Email to aa gai hai lekin portal pe abhi processed nahin hua hai aur na hi portal pe intimation download karne ka option hi hai.

Login to your profile in income tax portal and then e-file and view filed forms in that choose your Assessment year and download intimation order
Pdf password will be your pAN and date of birth in small letters
Do you file ITR of individuals and also take care of any future notice handling ? If so what is the procedure and charges ??

Madam.. I have received intimation under 143(1) and there is no any payment due as per intimation, but there is a message displayed on the portal that Return processed with demand.

I filed ITR-U for FY 2021-22 (AY 2022-23) under the headings "previously not filed" on march 2024. The status shows 3 "Under processing" on the same date of filing. By when can I expect the processing to be complete and get an acknowledgment that the filing is complete?

Madam , I received a blue color intimation stating no payment due .On the attachment the balance shows as zero..on the attachment the only mismatch is total fee and interest section 3 rupees mismatch..also when I checked view filled returns it says processed with demand due .But both on the email and attachment says no payment due..only 3 rs mismatch in interest section..kindly advise what action should I have to take

I am mutual fund Distributor from Uttar Pradesh ,in 2017 I have taken GST number as it was mandatory at that time.
After few months,my CA advice me to file Nil return ,as my annual income was below 20 lakhs (Notification No. 10/2017)
I told my CA to cancel the GST registration but that time cancellation process was not started,so I have to wait till cancellation process start.
After one year(approx) my GST was cancelled.
In this entire period I have filed nil returns ,but I have read that if anybody takes GST number than he will have to pay GST from Rs 1.
Madam my annual commission is still less than 20 lakh (from all source such as MF comission + Insurance comission+ FD interest etc)
Madam I am confused about this ,will I have to pay GST and penalty for above nil file returns,please clarify me.

Madam, I have submitted my ITR for FY 2023-24 on 15.7.24 but paid tax in bank on 22.7.24. Now intimation order dtd.28.08.24 is received raising tax demand whereas tax is deposited. Kindly enlighten me as to how should I inform challan details to CPC so that tax demand is closed. Waiting for an early guidance. Kind regards.

Mam I have filed ITR 2 for salary, bank interest instead of ITR 1, what happens
When filing itr in July 24, I paid tax by clicking "pay now " but in my 143(1) intimation demand for same amount has come. I did response by agreeing to the demand and then attached the chalan got when the payment was done earlier. Still I didn't get further updation whether it is accepted or not.
