I am sure that both religious and not religious people can 'feel' music . I was not a Christian for many years and felt at one with nature and that could be enhanced with music and other sounds like the rain and the ocean. Now that I am a Christian I still get that feeling of oneness but I consider it a gift from the Lord, that He created all of this, nature, music, etc for us to enjoy because he loves us.

The love of my life left me 3 months ago, meanwhile a beloved family member of mine is battling cancer and I've been really sad, anxious and overemotional lately because of all this... the tears now felt very relieving though. I have insomnia for three weeks. The last 3 days I am literary couldn’t sleep, even though I force myself to sleep, it’s only 2 hours. Imagine how my last three day look like. Last night I listened this video incidentally (I do believe that the universe sent this to me). Surprisingly I slept like 9 hours. When I woke up, something in my mind that really bothering me suddenly lift up. Like I can say to myself that I will be fine. I was looking for the perfect thing to listen to during my stretching and meditation sessions. Something I could get completely lost in and solely concentrate on what I was doing. I came across this one and I used it for a few weeks, but kept searching for other options. Maybe there was something better than this. After countless searches, and trying out new ones during my sessions, I kept coming back to this one. Quite frankly it’s perfect for me. Not to sound crazy, but I don’t just only hear this.
