It doesn't transfer from ps1 to PS2 It transfer from hydrolysis of H2O. let me explain At starting point of non-cyclic photophosphorylation there is absorption of sunlight occurs nd at the same time there is hydrolysis of H2O occurs so that from that molecule 2 or 4 molecule of electrons release which transfer to the e-hole ps2.

I think PS1 can be both self regulating and dependant to PS2. PS2 and PS1 is present in grana, along with NADP reductase enzyme but only PS1 is present in stroma lamelle. Stroma lamelle also doesn't have NADP reductase enzyme. So cyclic Photophosphorylation must be occuring in stroma lamelle indipendantly, which is why NADPH+H+ is not formed.

Because in non cyclic FRS transfer electron to Fd which has enzyme FNR which help to reduce NADP+
