I thing the reason for the kingpin being shorter is because the y's and brts might hang up on some grinds...so he thought maybe he'd fix that with these...just a thought

I agree and heavily debated it before ordering dynamics, but after euro.usd conversion and shipping, Y's end up being closer to $55-$60. After price and shipping, the dynamics are $43 for the uncolored set. If I don't dig the dynamics, I'm definitely going ytrucks in the future.
I have personally tried both Ys and Dynamics, and dynamics are far better tbh. Y truck material is soft as hell compared to dynamics, and dont hold wheels as well

I'd say go for dynamics they are a great truck if your board rides too low but you like the way everything is just get some oaks

why do you prefer them over brt's? the brts pivot cups look like they turn way better
