All of you are wrong there is so many different ways to put graphic heat transfer and real wear (witch is a secret) paint it and paper graphic with is horibble do something else

I tried looking online but only found plastic ones and 32mm ones.

It's an NFB mold it costs $250 and veneer wood you can buy online.

We used to make our own trucks.. i made my trucks two different ways.. one with pencil erasers as axle stands.. and the other carving out trucks but building up the shape of the trucks with hot glue , and then trimming/refining the trucks. Worked great, because the hot wheels wheels/axles didnt shift like the do with the erasers style.

Man you are rough on your NFB molds... Mine are still like brand new and been used quite a few times. Great video though :)

Well I'm a few years late, but for the holes I use a 1/16 drill bit, and for the countersyncs, a 1/8

If you buy a NFB meeting mold you get a free template with it but NFB molds cost a lot of money

+PrankingMagic It's just a standard dremel tool with a drill attachment. not too expensive. Cheapest I'd say is about 30 for one.

You didn't show how you put graphics on the decks. I'm assuming it's either paper or paint.
what I did was took sticker paper put it in my printer and printed a graphic put it on my deck
i make mine out of 2 layers of super thin cardboard and they are super strong!!
