Looks like an employee picnic, for cryin' out loud. She works her butt off for 33 years, writes some of the greatest music in the history of rock - and plays to crowds of less than 100. Life is a mystery.
trust me - if I was there I would have been a one-man mosh pit ! As for the people in the deckchairs I would have given them a good beating at the end of the gig.
Note that this was a free, outdoor concert held during the daytime, part of a regular series, which is why the crowd was so sedate. I'm sure most of them never even heard of the band before they came.
It's a nice big stage with good lighting. The venue is fine, it's just a small crowd, made up of mostly old people. It doesn't matter anyway, they look down their nose at America. They like Europe better.
