I am building something similar, using the Arctic P12 120mm fan. It is set up to be quite quiet. I believe it comes out to 56.3 cfm, with 2.20 mmH20, which is lower than yours, but it is also 22.5 dBA, which is MUCH quieter.
Those GDSTime fans have very high static pressures though, I am quite impressed
