Much needed. Freedom of speech is the most important issue of any civilization at any time. If you lose freedom of speech, you lose everything else in due time.
Freedom to speak what is good for humanity should be allowed.

Yes, and no society should censor, because censorship is the signpost leading to the Road to Serfdom. But maybe some societies should engage in censorship so that nobody forgets what an utter evil censorship is.
