I like the House, block construction. I would install 6 ceiling fans, and Plantation blinds. The floors are very nice. The Vanity in the Primary bath is Huge. Great Pantry.
I absolutely agree with you. I would also install fans and blinds throughout the home immediately. Plantations blinds would look amazing on this home. If a married out of state couple relocated down there and put 200k down plus had closing costs could they get approved for something around 400/450k if they came without jobs but had employment up North?

The only way I can see the bank providing a loan is if you had employment up north that allowed you to work remotely once relocated down to Florida. Too small IMO for 4 bedroom. Lenai could be bigger, and no screening. No fencing in the back, no landscaping. SMH, it's Florida people.
