I-90 closed over Snoqualmie Pass, Winter Weather Advisory in effect for Cascades

Both directions of Interstate 90 closed Friday afternoon as a Winter Weather Advisory is in place through the evening.
Eastbound I-90 is closed at milepost 34 near North Bend due to multiple crashes and spinouts in snowy conditions. Westbound I-90 is closed at milepost 84 near Cle Elum.
Snow is expected above 4,000 feet for the Cascades of Snohomish and King counties, with 5 to 10 inches possible, according to the National Weather Service.

Advise to WSDOT, shut down that pass for the entire winter season! Wait, but then where all these tax paid money must be drained- king counters... Somehow HW20 over Stevens pass remains open and have no issues with all the rerouted traffic, despite higher elevation, 2 directional lanes and steeper road... In$lee for president 2024
