I Explore This Abandoned Hospital & Capturer Something On Camera Which I Cannot Explain!

Ok... so firstly I want to say that I did not believe in ghosts. I have explored hundreds of places over the years and until now I have never seen anything with my own eyes. I have caught some strange things in photos but absolutely nothing like this!.. wile exploring this abandoned hospital which has been empty since the 1980’s I heard some strange noises which did scare me but put it down to animals, things falling etc.. but wile filming my Cinematics & pan shot’s things got a whole lot worse!
Wile I was filming my walking scene I heard a noice which was very close & I can only describe as feet shuffling on the floor, It spooked me that much I ran back to my camera. When I picked my camera back up & look up the hallway I clearly saw a figure standing at the other end which in a split second disappeared back to floor level. I have never seen any like this ever in my life and I can honestly say it has changed my views on the paranormal...
I know that nobody els was in that building and what I saw definitely 100% wasn’t human! I can promise you this footage is 100% real and has not be messed around with. I cannot tell you exactly what it was but all I can say is frightened the life out of me!...
A bit of history on the site....
Founded in 1882 as a hospital for children recovering from infectious diseases. An orthopaedic hospital bought the property in 1920.
In 1933 the trustees offered to pay for the erection of a convalescent home.
In the late 1970s the kitchen and domestic offices of the ward were adapted for research use by the Scoliosis Unit of the Institute.
Children were transported from the operating theatre in another part of the hospital to the ward by a towed ambulance but, when the last ambulance broke a rear axle, health authority refused to pay for it to be mended. The ward was forced to close in the 1980s.
The building still stands derelict today full of all its original contents.
