We did the Area 51 trip with stops at mailbox, Little A’le Inn a good few years ago & it was great, the food was never going to be Gormet but it filled a hole & kept you going, it’s all about the experience of the place and the owners / staff - so nice and plenty of stories to tell 👍

You missed the Stonehenge replica in Alamo! My best friend's daughter works at that market. Small world. Years ago before the Little A's husband past away, he told a story about something that couldn't be explained that happened there, at the time I was shocked because it had happened at my bar, too. I had witnesses. So, I know some of their stories were absolutely true. Thanks for taking me down memory lane. Good times.

We did that trip earlier this month. Lot of fun, scenic, and some good food.
The extraterrestrial highway sign is like the one at the Mantiques store.
I think he buys the old ones. They are taken down and replaced when they get too covered with stickers lol. There are 2 of them on the road to Rachel but one is down right now.
Caliente, Pioche, and Cathedral Gorge are out that way. It makes for a long (350+ miles) day from Vegas for a tourist, but a local can easily overnight in Caliente.
