Nuestra Institución nada tiene que ver con ninguna otra "afortunadamente"... Cada uno se viste como le da la gana, y para nada veo que esas chicas vistan acorde a su edad. Euh... "Danke" est de l'allemand. En néerlandais, c'est "Dank u". Rien d'anormal à s'adresser aux gens en deux langues, en attendant de voir laquelle ils choisissent. J'imagine que vous venez d'un pays unilingue car, dans un pays bilingue ou multilingue, c'est tout à fait normal. En Belgique, c'est ce que font beaucoup de commerçants en accueillant des clients ou des téléphonistes-réceptionistes en décrochant le téléphone ou en accueillant des visiteurs. C'est juste de la courtoisie linguistique élémentaire.

En ce qui concerne la reine, l'actuelle est belge de naissance mais c'est une exception, puisque toutes les reines précédentes étaient étrangères. La reine Fabiola (Espagnole) avait très bien appris le néerlandais, la reine Paola (Italienne) nettement moins bien. Cela dit, il est clair que les familles royales et la haute noblesse européennes connaissent en général le français mais pas le néerlandais et que l'apprentissage inévitable de cette langue représente une charge.
