Дуже дякую олна🙏♥️, but i just want to ask you why when we say that you're 27 years old we say 'олі 27' and when we change your name normally we say олзі ? We have 2 kinds of changes and when we talk about age of sthg or someone we have an other rule?
Thank you for watching! You're right, when we want to say Olha is 27, we say "Ользі 27". What I said in a video was "Олі 27" and it is also correct, Olya is just an informal version of a name Olha
If they have an indirect object, then yes, the object should be in dative case. If there is no indirect object, then no. Читати дитині (to read to a child) - дитині, indirect object, dative case. But читати книгу (to read a book) - direct object, accusative. Писати мамі (to write to mother) - мамі, dative. But писати книгу (to write a book) - direct, accusative. Давати роботу(direct, accusative) людям (indirect, dative). Навчати дітей (requires genitive) музиці (dative). Думати: if we want to say "to think about" we say думати про + object in accusative: думати про урок, думати про школу, думати про дітей
very useful as always, thanks!
So glad to read this, thank you!

Hi Olga, thanks a lot for this useful lesson! I just missed the dative case for the adjectives :) and maybe various pronouns (цей, той, мой і.т.д.) 🙂
Johannes Braunias thank you for watching and giving me new video ideas!
Добрий вечір, як пояснити чому при перекладі фрази I like Мені подобається використовується давальний відмінок?
