Hi Mike. I'm from Spain. I also have a child with autism, he's 4 yo and non verbal for the moment. You're right they teach us lots of things. It's being hard, that's true, but he gives us one of the sincerest smiles you can imagine.
Thanks Mike, this is the kind of video that just keeps on giving. I did a search on YT for the AG tires vs the R4s and this video was in the search. The info that you provided in this video is terrific and will prove to be very useful in the near future for me. Thanks again, Paul
You folks are so genuine. I am buying my first tractor with your advice this year. It will be the RK 24. I have 5 acres that I have been working on by hand for five years.
Great channel. Stumbled upon it while looking to clear out brush in my backyard. Realized we share a special connection after watching this video. I am a special ed teacher with 8 high school aged non-verbal autistic students. I adore my students. They teach me just as much as I am teaching them.
Watching the daylights out of your videos, and reading tons of information on everything I can find about tractors... in this video - you lock me in discussing your dogs, Watching and Supporting - LIKING your videos, loving the transparency - I believe you are the real deal, and I am pretty good about that sort of thing - it is also most likely why you grew that fast! Best wishes for much success, always! I JOINED your network!
Thanks for the Q and A. Another Golden Retriever family here. Our latest pup is 6 months now and the true epitome of a knucklehead. Hope he out grows it. Keep the great vids coming!
Really enjoy your videos. I retired a few years ago and bought a farm in KY. It had been totally neglected. Have every challenge you have, plus... it’s a pleasure every day, despite the challenges. Keep,up,your get videos.
Mike, well said! I enjoy your videos. You give me great information. I have only 30 acres; 15 are woods and the other is pasture. My goal is to get my property like yours. My woods are very thick and were never taken care of. I retired from the Army in October 2016 after 30 years. My only job is the caretaker of my land.I am happy and I stay in shape.
Great video on a lot of topics. I just bought a little subcompact 25 HP and like watching your videos to help decide what attachments might work best for my logging/landscaping projects
Hey Mike... I live just below you in the Morgantown WV area... long time watcher of your videos and just wanted to say thank you.. I just bought my first 102 acre property at age 30 with an older farm house... i also work as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. I have gained so much knowledge, confidence, and also ideas from your videos... I’m just getting started out but with your videos i have been able to get the correct 0 turn mower for my application, trimmers, chainsaws, and a Kubota L4060 on the way... thanks for all you do sir
Good morning sir, great video! I can tell you are a great asset to whatever company you work for.its 50 and raining in Sandy Oregon. I went and bought a three point carry all yesterday, going to pickup the wood today, looking forward to building it. Keep up the good work and inspiring others!✌🏻️
That new Canon is crystal clear! I love my R4 tires too, great compromise between ag and turf. Glad you answered about mowing in one direction. You music is normally spot on. This was a really good video, great idea. Take care.
Hey Mike, I was glad I came across this video clip, where you answered a lot of the questions I was curious about. It's obviously an older video clip that you've had out for a few years now. But that's OK as I've been following you for at least 9-10 months now and really enjoy what you've put out !! You have a family that I can relate to in so many ways !! Like you I am retired, been married for nearly 53 years, have 2 children and 7 grandchildren, We were all born in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and immigrated here 42 years ago. We're all proud American citizens and live in San Diego, CA. Well, enough about me and we look forward to following you all in your very varied escapades !! God Bless, my friend !!
Hi Mike, just wanted to say how much I enjoy your videos, there is something soothing about them, if you know what I mean, never any drama . I'm an expat Australian living in Thailand. Cheers
Melissa Morgan . Thankyou Melissa congratulations to you, Mike, Hunter, your two daughters and of course your youngest son , on his upcoming marrage. What a wonderful time in your lives. Thanks again for these great videos. Sawadee krup from Thailand, the land of smiles. Cheers 🇹🇭🖒😁
Keith Burns .... hey Keith I once visited Thailand and dated a lady from there that came over to the United States and dated her for a year-and-a-half would love to work my way to being an expat living over there I visited there for two weeks and it definitely wasn't long enough
I'm in Wisconsin. Been happy with the weather for the most part. Sunny and warm during the day and a little rain at night. Got some cleaning done on my truck and been able to do some fishing!
Hello Mike. Hickory, NC. 93 degrees today and sunny. Hot, hot, hot. Humid and we got a bunch of tomatoes popped out about the size of small marbles today in the garden. Love the videos, keep them coming. Still looking for that RK24 belly mower video when you get time.
Dry, hot, windy, and dusty here in Afghanistan. Can't wait to get back to my 70 year old case tractor. Keep up the good work Mike, you've inspired me to get back on UA-cam.
Hello Mike I also have a child with autism, he is 24 . Yes it was a huge learning curve to figure out the needs and want with him. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks for the great video. Looking forward to seeing the next one. Almost forgot we are from Michigan.
Glad to see some greenery on the trees at last. You didn’t need any music for this video, the bird song was amazing.Nice warm weather here on the east coast of England. ATB. Rob.
Best tell all ever!!! Thanks. This is why I can't wait to see what you are presenting next. washington state Snohomish county 70's and sun. but not home.... LA. mid 60's while I"m here.
Another 2 questions; do you have any desire to install aux hydraulics for controlling the pitch/attitude of the Gannon box? Or obtaining a quick hitch for any of the 3-points?
Great stuff Mike ! Thank you for sharing !! Please be safe and may God richly bless you and your family !!!!!! Eddy. Here in southwestern Virginia we had 89 degrees today and humid. Cool front moved through and temp dropped to 65 with hail , rain , and lightning.
Great video we just finished up planting this last weekend and heavy storms in our area near our farm outside Paris Missouri. I have to look into that grapple I have been looking at them for trail clearing and moving some of the old brush piles for burning yes we burn here as well. The storms are headed heading east so buckle up.
Autumn Oaks Farm I bought a grapple from EA everything attachments and it is my useful implement. I use it for clearing brush and tress and it is a beast. You can pick anything up with them including pretty large rocks. Shop around, there are a million different kinds.
Mike, great video. Answered a lot of questions I've had but never bothered asking. Here's one for you, once winter rolls around this year could you do a video on your wood heating system? With all that firewood I can't help but wonder what you've got running and how you're using it (i.e. supplemental, primary, ambiance?). Thanks.
It’s been hot and dry here in Alabama. Which is good because I just started building our house on our property. Got the basement poured but now it’s framing time and there is a good chance of rain everyday. Glad I got the cement work done though with dry weather. Still waiting on power. Had to widen the driveway about 15 more feet for power poles. That took out about 20 more trees I wanted to keep. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t ran power. Anything dealing with the county has been a real disappointment.
Dry right now in central Mississippi but rain is forecast for later this week. It seems there’s a tropical depression forming in the gulf. I appreciate the videos Mike.
Mike, I am over here near PSU, we didn't get any rain today but we sure did Saturday night and all day yesterday. We have water running everywhere!!!!!
sunny and cooling off in so California, around 70 sun is still out. enjoy your videos and seeing what we don't have (green stuff) O land we don't have that ether
Great videos Mike, I'm curious as to how you store all of your equipment, attachments, tractors, etc. I just built myself an open front wood shed from telephone poles metal roof and pallets for walls that holds about 2 chords of firewood plus my splitter, but as my collection of saws and tractor implements gets bigger, I'm finding it hard to store everything out of the way. I really hate leaving implements out in the weather all the time and my saws etc in the floor of the garage. Any chance of you doing a video of good ways to store and maintain all of your equipment and keeping it all nice.. Every new video you post looks like equipment had never been used prior. Kudos for incredible maintenance and great upkeep on your equipment. Keep up the great videos.
West central Minnesota, yesterday I mowed my 7 acres for the first time in the rain... Today it's calling for low 70s and sunny. I'm curious as to how you get with wood over there, if it's indoor fireplace, or a boiler or something else. I have an outdoor wood boiler and burn around 12-15 cords a year. Keep the great videos coming!
Hey Mike, love the channel. Central Florida, hot and muggy and this week rain every day. We need it, but we also have hurricane season starting the first of June. Never know what may come along.
Hi Mike Nice video, here in Denmark the last 14 days it has been sunny, between 20-25 C. so it is a big difference to last summer where it just rained all the time.
Way up north in central Saskatchwan, it was hot (for us) today. 25C which is 77F and sunny. Working in lawncare all week, so it's going to get a bit sweaty. Last week was a little rainy. One co-worker is from Pakistan and he says the temperature can get over 45C (113F) over there. I COULD NOT handle that!!!
Hey Mike we have something in common i too work in the gas field. It's been a good living for me and my family. Only I've blessed in my work and will have 37 years come August. I'm in the process of getting a new 3025e J.D. tractor it should be here this week. Hope it works out well as my kubota L 2650 its been a good one. Take care friend
hey Mike, Here in the Hudson Valley it rained yesterday for the whole game of my daughters soccer game but today was nice enough to cut the grass and stack some wood for next winter. i try for right before and after every weekend, so around every 3-4 days, like you.
Hi I am new to your channel. I really like your honesty, telling it like ir is and your concern about your viewers concerns. Keep up the excellent work (videos)
Hard to beat I movie. That's what I use. Very simple to use and lots of options to quickly edit. For me that is critical. Can't afford to set all day in front of a screen. Great question and answer session Mike.
Here in central Maryland, we’re about the same as you, just a little warmer and about 8 hours behind you. A line of thunderstorms just rolled through, which is good. I just planted 4 dogwoods and now I don’t have to water them.
Wet and damp In Wisconsin with more rain on the way. Mowed my yard yesterday and it was still a little mushy. Hear ya on the Ag tires too, I put a set of Ag tires on the back of my Kubota TG1860 mower due lack of traction with the stock turf tires. Would have went with some R4s, but being only 2wd didn’t think the R4s would have been enough for one hill I have to climb.
I like the idea of you doing a monthly question and answer video. Great Northwest weather: sunny and warm. Love it. Hey! Guess what? One of my sons is getting married soon too! Thank you again, Mike.
Love the channel. Here’s a question for you Mike. I’ve only had one tractor, a used Kubota BX2200 with 1300+ hours on it, and I love it. Will probably upgrade a some point. RK’s tag line is “More Tractor, Less Price.” At a quick glance, that seems to be true. Is there anything you feel you are giving up with the RK vs. a similar Kubota? Would love to hear from any other RK/Kubota owners as well. Thanks again for the great videos. Oh, 90’s and humid here in Charlotte, NC; looks like a few days of rain on the way.
Randy from wv I have 60 acres that my wife of 48 years and i enjoy. My son teaches school for autistic high schoolers around Baltimore. He has amazing patience as you stated
I liked that one, Mike! Southern Oklahoma here and unfortunately, it's feeling like summer. We've had some rain but heat index is already getting into the 90s. Ug, I don't like summer. I use the Sony FDR x3000 as well, because of your recommendation many videos ago. It's a great little camera!
The weather here in the Ozarks of Arkansas has been dry and a little warm the last couple weeks. Supposed to get a little rain this week and our strawberries need it and the rest of the garden too.
Good video, thanks. Weather in NE Texas: was 80's and rain every weekend, now high 80's to mid 90's and no rain.Pretty early for the life sucking heat and high humidity but we're having strong winds from the south(gulf coast down that way). You look to need a small crawler dozer or loader but your wheeled equipment is doing the job and as you point out it doesn't destroy the ground. Maybe a backhoe is next?
Mike, can you post a link to where the grapple is available or is it only available from rural king? Great video, hats off to you for opening up on the internet, God bless you and your family
I have a buddy that lives in Conneaut Lake, PA. I met him when we were driving for TMC. The last time I spoke to him he was working for a gas and oil industry. I call him Too Tall.
Great video Mike you have a great place and family ! it is in the 90 to day here in il. then got a big wind storm and some rain ! Have a great week and take care ! Kioti Curt 😀👍🚜
You mentioned about burning leaves... had to laugh as my neighbors & I all have outdoor burn areas where we burn, well, just about anything. We each take our turn in lighting up some 'toxic' fires from time to time. (watch out for the aerosol cans - lol)
Good video! Up here in New Hampshire it has been cool in the mornings and gets up into the 70s by afternoon. The ticks are horrendous and the black flies are just starting to come out. Mount Moosilauke still has a tiny bit of snow on it in the distance!
we have alot in comments. Live on large Acer tract, 4 kids, 2 boys 2 girls same age , same age, having a good time. And burn my leaves as well. Missed you down at the Paul Bunyan show.
Hey Mike l really like the grapple but my LS xg3135 tractor only has a 1700 pound lift. I herd you say the 72” is a little over 500 pounds would you happen to know what the 60” weighs and and what the price is ? I can’t seen to find it on the RK Webb site thanks Frank.
In West Virginia it was 92 degrees yesterday. I am looking at buying a RK24 or a kubota bx23 can you do more videos with the RK24. I would like to know if the RK24 can pull the dump trailer you have? Thanks for the videos mike I learn a lot from them.
Thanks for the update. Why not get a quick hitch? I bought one last year and wish I had got it years ago. Thanks again Jim PS I use ag tired but I plow and disk food plots both in southwest Wisconsin and up north near Ashland 5 1/2 hours away.
Hey Mike I am in north west PA. looking possibly for a Kubota . Like the videos ! I grew up on the derrick floor of the cable tool rigs . Keep the videos coming they are great !
Hello Mike, I’m really thinking about buying the cab RK55 tractor, how is it on hills? I will be using a 6’ brush hog, and was wondering how stable this tractor is? Thanks
Weather same of course. I felt like I knew all the answer some how! So here is a new question. Are you wearing a new smart watch? If so what kind. I don't ever recall seeing a watch on you…even back in the blasting days. Tell us about the watch.
We had tornado warning in northern Virginia last night, got 1.87 “ of rain and are in for another round tonight. Did you work on I-68 that’s the nicest drive from VA to PA lol, not a big fan of I-70. Great video, you are a professional now..

IN South Texas was 91 today. Tomatoes are ripe. Need rain. Any rain would be a blessing.
Bonifay Fl hot&dry , enjoyed that thank you!!
I like the idea of you doing a monthly question and answer video. Great Northwest weather: sunny and warm. Love it. Hey! Guess what? One of my sons is getting married soon too! Thank you again, Mike.
Great videos. Here in S.C. we went from winter to summer. No spring. And calling for rain the next few days.

Thank you for the great video. I sure wish there was an RK dealer in Mn. Maybe you can help us get one.
I see you're getting some rough weather in PA. Stay safe! Rainy day here in Westville, NY.
You mentioned about burning leaves... had to laugh as my neighbors & I all have outdoor burn areas where we burn, well, just about anything. We each take our turn in lighting up some 'toxic' fires from time to time. (watch out for the aerosol cans - lol)
Hi Mike! In northern Michigan (Charlevoix) it's 66 and blue skies. Trees are just popping leaves in the last few days.
Our leaves went from nothing to jungle in a week
I agree on the type of tires I want the industrial tires when I purchase a tractor
Good video! Up here in New Hampshire it has been cool in the mornings and gets up into the 70s by afternoon. The ticks are horrendous and the black flies are just starting to come out. Mount Moosilauke still has a tiny bit of snow on it in the distance!
Great video Mike!
we have alot in comments. Live on large Acer tract, 4 kids, 2 boys 2 girls same age , same age, having a good time. And burn my leaves as well. Missed you down at the Paul Bunyan show.
Rain all week in Lakeland, Fl. Came down in buckets today. 🌂
I appreciate your videos and I’m learning through them. What are your thoughts on RK 55 and the Branson 5220?
Thanks again Jim
PS I use ag tired but I plow and disk food plots both in southwest Wisconsin and up north near Ashland 5 1/2 hours away.
Hey Mike I am in north west PA. looking possibly for a Kubota . Like the videos ! I grew up on the derrick floor of the cable tool rigs . Keep the videos coming they are great !
My weather is exactly the same as yours, just a bit earlier than yours. Jackson Township, OH (near Canton)
My wife thought I was watching a video of myself. Ha ha. She asked if all us tractor guys look the same.
We recently had some wicked wind. Took down a lot of trees. I’m in southwestern Ontario.
Do you like the 72 inch grapple on the 37 or would a 60 inch be better suited?
Thanks for answering a lot of the questions I was a video behind
Im not far from you spend a lot of my time up in the grove city area just made a video mentioning your channel
We had tornado warning in northern Virginia last night, got 1.87 “ of rain and are in for another round tonight. Did you work on I-68 that’s the nicest drive from VA to PA lol, not a big fan of I-70. Great video, you are a professional now..
90 degrees and revolting here in central KY. I had been wondering about how you mowed but assumed you had a good reason, and you did.
