Lowering the 1951 ford f-1 with new lowering leaf springs.

Replacing the front leaf springs on this 51 ford truck. The springs are worn out and sagging from years of use. Im replacing them with new 3 inch lowing springs. #Ford #loweringsprings

I dont think I ever seen u install them either on fronts

Do the front leaf spring u bolts require lock washers, I noticed mine didn't have any on fronts just the rears had them.. thx

The front springs came with new u bolts with nylock nuts so I decided to just use them with no lock washers.

well i looked each of them has 2 numbers but got them from speedway motors they are posies brand and the front numbers are d152fp,580152 the rear is 152r, 580152r
