  • I found a broken, junk vintage eTower 266 Microsoft 98 computer tower in the trash while garbage picking. I'm scrapping and breaking it down for scrap ewaaste like gold silver and other precious metals. I breakdown small appliances, kitchen gadgets and anything else I can find to recover scrap metal like aluminum, brass, steel and copper and copper wire. If you have been curious on how to breakdown or recover scrap metal from an old junk computer board and drives then hopefully this how to recover metal video will serve as a tip video for you. Was it worth the time to scrap it? I'll let you watch and decide. All in all, the entire process is pretty easy and the rate or return is solid. Making free cash money with trash is nice.
I'd appreciate all feedback, likes, shares, comments and SUBSCRIBERS on my channel.
Garbage picking and treasure hunting are how I recover the majority of my inventory for scrapping, scrap metal, re-selling, rummage sale items, etc. When you depend on salvaging items from the trash or wild it's a bit of a gamble. Sometimes you find an item or two, sometimes you'll find multiple items but most of the time you just find trash. lol.
I save items from the trash and dumpsters to make extra income with scrap metal and resell items. I find old computers, copper pipes and wire, brass, aluminum, steel, gold, silver and escrap as well as items that can be sold for free cash money,
I'm a single Dad that scraps with his children for extra money to help fund trips, vacations and other family needs. We find scrapping educational, good for the environment and a way to spend quality time together. We enjoy finding free, broken, trash or unusable items and turning them into free additional family cash money. We enjoy watching and networking with other scrap metal and salvage folks through social media including watching Mike the Scrapper, Taco Stacks, and Moose Scrapper videos that inspire and teach us.

This is why the retro computer market is so nuts these days, pretty rare CPU that would sell for decent money being harvested for $2 of gold

Great point. To reinforce, check prices of things on eBay or other platforms using model numbers and barcodes. Scrap is the lowest value you will ever receive for something. “Always, know your crap before you scrap.” Maybe that should be a tshirt?
