I'm going to start making my box based on this vid great vid btw my question is what kind of tape and cloths did you use and how did you secure the wood pegs for the sub ring? Thank you again?
caos619 wood ring I secured it with dowels and hot glue gun and then you can lay the fleece. After it hardens you can break off or remove the wooden supports for the ring as the fleece will Hold it when it’s hard.
Does it need to be certain temp for fiberglass to harden? Wanting to build custom enclosure in 99 Eclipse Spyder back seat area. Be in my garage is cold right now here.
I found this to be one of the best videos to build from scratch. Thank you. 1 question, when you are laying the cloth\mat, are you placing it first then applying the resin? It was hard to tell in the time lapse.
Aakash Kakkad thanks for the feed back be sure to subscribe and I usually apply some resin to the surface so the cloth would stick to it then once I apply the cloth I then Apply more resin
Packaging peanuts is a decent method. Build a cardboard box that is the right volume, fill it with packaging peanuts. Your new build would need to fit all those peanuts in it then.

Shocking that isn't going to get locked into place. The suspense is killing me.

Alright boys
The cloth is called fleece, but you can use speaker grill cloth too.
