  • The stitches come out tomorrow and I wanted to express all my love and gratitude to all of you that have shown me and my family love and support.
It’s because of you I never give up no matter how painful my life may be.
I’m a believer that we’re much more than our circumstances and can train our brain to see life that way with conscious repetition.
I share my life with all of you to borrow the lens of my life to become inspired to change from a state of joy and love.
    Love you all!
    Josh P. 💚🧠✌️

Thank you for posting your content. I had two brain surgeries this year and am still recovering from radiation several months later. With so many content creators on UA-cam, you’re one of the only ppl that I can relate to- and I know I speak for many others. I’m always juggling doubts on what the future may hold, my own longevity and if it’s possible for me to go through the same process again if it’s necessary. I know it’s a constant battle but seeing how well you’ve recovered and how optimistic you are is amazing and helps me flip my mindset. Thank you again and I wish you many more blessings 🙏🏽

I appreciate you sharing this with me and glad you found my channel and can relate! It's my hope my content transcends the "influencer" space and leads to deep impact in others lives.
As for the doubts, that's totally normal and OK! What I would suggest is to practice catching yourself in those moment and do your best to not judge your thoughts/emotions. From there, ask yourself "what do I want to be true about my life or in my life"? After that, I like to ask "how can I make this happen, even if it's one small choice now that will build momentum moving forward"?
With this conscious repetition comes new habit formation. You get to the point that you automatically switch gears from fear and worry into those questions and acting in a congruent manner for what you want to think about, feel, experience, do, see, etc. :)
Whatever you focus on and look for, you'll find. So you may as well focus on what you want to be true and see what shifts in emotion that brings upon. Easier said than done BUT IT IS possible with consistent practice and without judgment if you do slip up.

Grow that beard brother! Btw..They went through my Corpus Collosum during my brain tumor surgery and it was a weird feeling having both hemispheres re-connecting. Glad to see you're recovering so quickly!

Oh I am, haha. Beard oils and balm on the way and I will get into a barber shop to help me maintain it.
Did you feel as if your brain works properly as well? I can't believe how clear I am after 10+ years of suffering.

@@JoshPerryBMX My surgery went right through the connective tissue so it was a longer recovery. About 6 months later it was as if a light switch flipped on and I was 100% within a week. Sounds like yours was solved almost immediately. Funny how you don't know how you feel until the issue is removed and you can see the difference!

@@AverttheHerd last time around I was "off" for months. But, this is why Dr. Q said he loves awake craniotomy - to lower potential for issues. I am so glad to know you hit that switch and I was able to get relief immediately.
