How is this. I am 78 retired. During Covid I decided to let my hair grow. I have always had short hair ala Twiggy. Funny. Your hair crazy hair crazy spirit, love you. I have been journalling for almost 20 years, you are right on. No matter your age, it is all about your spirit.

Please know that even though shitty things happen you are such a light and your presence online is very much appreciated. I'm not the only one who gets so excited to see new videos bc they truly help us get through our days. Social media can be draining and I don't want to be that towards you bc I feel it from others who use my presence to lift them up too. But I just want to say thanks. I'm going through so much grief and pain in my own life right now and I just shared my struggles to my mom today bc I can't hold it inside anymore. Sometimes even the strong ones need a little light every once in awhile and you're definitely that for me today and recently. I do hope so much that things get better for you. ❤
