It was dedicated specifically to the native people of North America , and to every nation that have been inflicted by Foreign invasion in general.

I don't know his name, but he is an Iranian singer named Mohammad Motamedi. I can confidently say that every instrument played in the world must be sung by a traditional Iranian singer. They are wonderful.
