Great to finally find a version of this in near perfect quality. Not ashamed to admit that when I watched this film for the very first time and saw Godzilla's death, I cried. This music still packs an emotional punch. I love it. Godzilla vs. Destoroyah is among many of my favorite films that reduce me to tears.

Its great to hear this used in King of the Monsters (2019), yeah in the rebirth track it's there at the end. Just shows how much of a fan the composer was fir this series. Too bad they didn't use the themes again in GVK 😡
