- First Overseas trip for me. Once again flying with United Airlines. I think I'll have Premier Silver after this trip. Flew on 757-200 Ship 3124, or N29124 which featured the newest economy seating configuration for the 752 fleet. Sat in 8F in Econ Plus for the 7 hour 45 minute flight from Edinburgh to Newark. If you like RB211s, you'll enjoy the sounds.
Great video. Hope I get the chance to fly the 757 flying pencil before they retire from service. There's not that many left over here in Europe. It'll have to be with one of the US carriers.
Fun fact: i live in edinburgh and sqw that plane a lot of times

WOW, I spent many years travelling to and working in Scotland before I retired, so it was great to see the three bridges over the Forth again. Nice video my friend, well done 🙂

We took off pretty fast and climbed out quickly. I saw the shadow too!
What class were you sitting in and what amenities did you get on the flight
@scentsymum2018 i sat in Economy Plus seat 8F during the journey. Included a lunch service about an hour into the flight and in-seat IFE to keep you occupied for the 7+ hours we were in the air.
Skip to 17:10 to get a glimpse of meal service and the “New” IFE screens United has on the 757.
