    I really enjoy uour videos. I found you at the start.of Jan following a knee injury. I've been doing a yoga or.pilates session for 1/2 an.hour to an hour daily for a month. The injury has almost resolved itself and I feel stronger, calmer with better physical balance and posture. Thank you.

    I'm really enjoying the yoga sessions. The chinese yin and yang practise is perfect balance. My 94 year old friend and I are following along as well.❤
