Thank you for this video! I'm also curious as to how you'd balance bitter tastes in cocktails, specifically the spirit forward ones. I find that I don't like the Rossos and Negronis with Camparis, and takes a certain Old Fashioned to like it a lot. What about the sourness in those too? Thank you!
