Lean Life Science 7 - Kaizen Part 2 (Problem Solving and the Improvement and Coaching Kata)

The saga continues. Several small teams are put together to work on the VSM initiatives. They learn the Toyota Problem Solving process and practice it by taking on these problems. The leaders are coached through the process using the Improvement and coaching kata. In this video, the process is explained and then we see one coaching cycle example in action.
