- Keep us company, while we explore a wild northern lake into ist's back chanels! Our DIANNE'S ROSE is perfect for both rough and stagnant water exploring! I hope you all enjoy...
So peaceful, I could stay in that swamp for months...
I agree!
Nice ride Roy you are blessed to live in such a sparsely populated and beautiful boating area.
Thanks for the ride along.
Thanks Dave! We are blessed, I agree! AllthebestRoy
There was a time we wanted a cottage but with the houseboat, we have it better than being "stuck" in one spot!
Love to "ride along with y'all!" Those are some really pretty, wild sites!
Glad you enjoyed Cathryn!
Nice ride, looks to be from last Aug September cruise.
I envy life that way, where you have big yards place to build your own mini houseboat etc. store it etc.
Sept is usually when we go. This is an older clip but I thought is was worth re editing a longer video, showing more detail! AllthebestRoy
Amazing. Can't wait to get out there again this year. Hopefully find a little swamp to explore!
We love it there...
We may meet up this season, Greg. We'd love to see your build. AllthebestRoy
Beautiful. The major difference between Canadian swamps and American swamps, we have gators.
Gators are scary as we like to swim! That said, I'd love to head Florida way one day! We have trailered to the Texas Coast years ago. Lots of gas, but a great experience! BestRoy
You've got more "swamp" than the Canadian Government right there.
Lol!
Is this on Bark Lake?
Yes Ron it is...
@@roydesignedthat So I've been in there with a 26 foot boat with a 3 foot draft. Fond memories sailing on the lake for three years.
Wow Rob, we usually are the only sailboats there when our group meets up! I've brought CROW to. Great lake for sailing as it usually has building winds through the day! Just watch for "Bob" Lol! AllthebestRoy @@robvannNS
@@roydesignedthat This was during the early 1990's. I'd built a Frances 26 and Bark Lake was the biggest undeveloped lake in the area.
@robvannNS it is still relatively undeveloped but there were plans for a large development but it seemed to be stalled after Covid!
