This is my FAVORITE series EVER on UA-cam. Ryan went from just telling people on the street about his penny to house, to now being talked about on the RADIO! To those who did not believe in him, like that guy in the BBQ who told Ryan that he would fail. That tells us that you can do anything that you believe you can.
