Even worse, Breath of the Wild is a Wii U game that was ported to the Switch (the Wii U version looks just as good and in fact actually has better loading times for some bizarre reason). It really just goes to show what good art direction and proper optimization (aka actually knowing how to use the hardware properly) can do.
Not only that, but also Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Weeb characters aside, amazing world design, and beautiful locations like inside Uraya, Letherian Archipelago, and even Gomortt. Hell, Super Mario Odyssey even. All 2017 games.
Watching someone be entertained and filled with memories by their own past content I also adored is always pure, concentrated joy. That was a nice surprise! Current Ray and AH still fill my house with familiar voices so I'm not so alone, but in the past, some of those vids literally kept me going. It's hard to spiral when laughing.

Maybe the reasoning has changed in the last few years since I remember him saying something about it, but it being random UA-cam videos usually makes it difficult to put it up on UA-cam or leave it up on Twitch as a VOD.

As much I enjoy Pokémon Legends Arceus, it does has some crazy errors like the framerate, silly glitches and other stuff that is kinda WTF. Plus seeing you have a good time and laughing makes me smile.😊

Ray will play a game known for giving hella achievements but is repetitive and not as entertaining to watch, so he enables video donations (every $0.25 or so = a portion of time that the video plays) to help keep chat entertained. Lots of memes and shit posting, but good clip farming. Idk for certain why he isn't doing them anymore but I think it might just not be an enjoyable for him anymore
@@achilles8283 Not only is Streamlabs incredibly unstable (the service that he uses for chat jukebox), it's also the most reliable one, and something almost always goes wrong. Incredibly frustrating. Additionally, with the way DMCA bots are targeting Twitch streamers, it's a huge risk for Ray to run these, hence why the VODs are immediately deleted and only a few clips made it into this video.
I'm so happy with that new Pokemon game, it makes me feel so much better about the shitty graphics API I had to write for my class especially when I see some of the same bugs mine has in this full priced main stream game
