Vegetable Feast | Unique Asa-Lift harvester | Harvesting red cabbage

- For Dutch family farming company Boelens Biddinghuizen vegetable harvesting specialist Asa-Lift from Denmark created a unique cabbage harvester. This massive machine can best be described as a moving cabbage factory. Two harvesting heads pick up this delicate crop from the ground and transfer it into boxes for long term storage. This way, you can enjoy fresh vegetables even in the midst of winter. Let this video take you through the whole harvesting process on this farm in the Netherlands.

Boy I wish I could get cabbages like that where I live! I can rarely find them at all, and when I can they are rarely more than 10 or 12 cm in diameter.

Klopt maar de community op UA-cam is internationaal en van heel de wereld. Engels begrijpt bijna iedereen, daarom deze keuze.

I kind of have a mixed feelings about narration, on one hand I love extra information (would mind even more details, maybe in description?) but it prevents us from hearing machines at work (I understand that drones themselves are problematic in this regard), maybe include some more video without narration or music?
I am not sure if I heard correctly but I think that you said that this operation requires 3 tractor drivers, I only see 2 or are there 2 trailers?
Thank you very much for your feedback. Great to hear from you. I can understand the mixed feelings as I know people like to hear the original sounds as well. To be honest the sounds were quite boring in this video and there was a lot to tell. So there is a lot of text and little sound. Also not all the camera's used (such as the GoPro) have the best sound which isn't nice to listen to.
In this case there was only 1 tractor and trailer because it was still early days. For the coming season 2 tractors and trailers will be used, so the harvester doesn't have to stop in between trailer loads.

Mainly because less people want to work in this branch yes.
