INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN MARINADE:
-550g Chicken things, cut in to 1 inch cubes
-1 large Egg
-2 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
-1/4 tsp Black pepper
-8 tbsp (roughly 1/2 cup) Cornstarch
SAUCE:
-2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
-2 tbsp Honey
-2 tbsp Soy Sauce
-1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
-2 tsp Sesame Oil
-2 tbsp Water
CORNSTARCH SLURRY:
-1 tbsp Cornstarch
-2 tbsp cold water
COOK:-1 tbsp oil, I used oil from chicken deep-fry
-1/2 inch Ginger thinly sliced
-2 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
