Well not really. Kang did give Loki the time slipping ability but not actively like this video suggests. Kang paved the road for Loki to start timeslipping by setting certain events into place which would eventually lead Sylvie to kick Loki through a time door where Loki would go to the TVA in the past. The thing is there is no set point (no past or future) where the TVA is so his body is constantly trying to slip back to a linear point in time.

Alr this is annoying me. In the comics!!! Loki was a part of the ice giant race. When odin found him, he cast an enchantment upon loki, simillar to the spell he cast on thors hammer. What this spell did, did not change his phisiology. Loki is still an ice giant. He appears to be asguardian through this enchantment. And as we all know. The only thing that can kill an ice giant is for their heart to be crushed / destroyed. Loki, does not age. Thats why he wasnt killed by the temporal radiation. The only reason he appears to get older is because of this enchantment. Now as for the increase is power. Asguardians arent the only beings who get stronger with age. This isn't true. Loki always had the power. But he had to become the true version of loki to exhibit it. The sacred timeline was one in which Loki was always a loser, and evil. Only when Loki became truly "good" does he gain the power. What is "truly good"? It is someone that doesn't wish death on even his worst enemy. At the end of season 1 he chose not to kill kang immediately. This was the time he chose not to kill a definitely evil person. (someone who stole all free will basically). All other Lokis that exist (even the variants) were evil, or selfish ie not the "true" Loki. The true loki is a loki that controls chaos, AKA controls a universe in which all timelines and choices are allowed to exist. He has to allow evil to happen, because that is a choice. He has to "let" evil people live and make those choices, because it is the same right that "good" people get. So Loki became the protector of chaos (freedom) by learning how to maintain the timelines. Loki has always been this god, as the god of chaos. the sacred timeline however required that he be a "loser" and "evil" in order to maintain it. (otherwise he would gain the power over time that a truely balanced loki always has, which would rival he who remains). HWR "paved the way" by "allowing" Loki to "become good", HWR however didn't just want a "good" loki with time powers, he wanted to convince him to do things *his* way, so he had to set it up to be a system in which Loki had to keep pruning timelines, and had to kill Sylvie (because she would never let HWR live). Loki chose the third option.

Alr this is annoying me. In the comics!!! Loki was a part of the ice giant race. When odin found him, he cast an enchantment upon loki, simillar to the spell he cast on thors hammer.
What this spell did, did not change his phisiology. Loki is still an ice giant. He appears to be asguardian through this enchantment.
And as we all know. The only thing that can kill an ice giant is for their heart to be crushed / destroyed. Loki, does not age. Thats why he wasnt killed by the temporal radiation.
The only reason he appears to get older is because of this enchantment.
Now as for the increase is power. Asguardians arent the only beings who get stronger with age. The dark elves do it, the ice giants do it too. Otherwise the balance of power would be completely messed up and the other races wouldnt stand a chance.

The way Loki travels through time is like pausing or going back when playing a movie in a DVD, it's a different way of time manipulation, that's why it works out of time itself.

This is wrong...he put it there knowing sylvie would push Loki back to a TVA before his own time...he cannot give powers to people through his technology in the MCU. Loki gains the ability because he is pushed into a past version of the TVA, not because Lang gave the power to him

Loki always had the power. But he had to become the true version of loki to exhibit it.
The sacred timeline was one in which Loki was always a loser, and evil. Only when Loki became truly "good" does he gain the power.
What is "truly good"? It is someone that doesn't wish death on even his worst enemy.
At the end of season 1 he chose not to kill kang immediately. This was the time he chose not to kill a definitely evil person. (someone who stole all free will basically).
All other Lokis that exist (even the variants) were evil, or selfish ie not the "true" Loki.
The true loki is a loki that controls chaos, AKA controls a universe in which all timelines and choices are allowed to exist. He has to allow evil to happen, because that is a choice. He has to "let" evil people live and make those choices, because it is the same right that "good" people get.
So Loki became the protector of chaos (freedom) by learning how to maintain the timelines. Loki has always been this god, as the god of chaos. the sacred timeline however required that he be a "loser" and "evil" in order to maintain it. (otherwise he would gain the power over time that a truely balanced loki always has, which would rival he who remains).
HWR "paved the way" by "allowing" Loki to "become good", HWR however didn't just want a "good" loki with time powers, he wanted to convince him to do things *his* way, so he had to set it up to be a system in which Loki had to keep pruning timelines, and had to kill Sylvie (because she would never let HWR live). Loki chose the third option.
This doesn’t explain how HWR gave Loki powers, Loki just developed the powers

I think he genuinely couldn’t see that far into the future anymore. He probably just assumed Kang variants would overrun the TVA and multiverse and Loki would lose, never taking over the TVA for very long

He already had this power of time slipping ,it was inactived before and in the season 1 last episode this was activated ,no one can give the power of time unless it is time stone
since when time stone gave u timeslipping...time stone were useless in tva, it was he who remain gave ability to loki, so loki can learn to timeslip n pause the time
