Hi, your fondant is not sticking on the counter , can you tell us how to make a fondant and I have made fomdant dough but it gets breaked into two pieces whenever I lift it from counter.

i use ready made fondant from companies like satin ice,bakels etc. you need to use corn flour with your fondant and then it will not break or stick.

it depends on the size of cake, i did not weigh it.once you will make it then you will get an idea. it was less than 1 kg.approx 700 to 800 gms.

no,it cant be covered with fondant, either a chocolate ganache cake or a buttercream cake can be covered.
