would a real breakdown be things other then what was missed on screen in the episode this is perception not a breakdown as most breakdowns would be longer then the episode im sure
The Old Man And The Seat is most likely my favourite episode because of the Rick and Tony relationship. The worst episode is definitly the one with the dragon...
The poor little cyborg was sent to defend them and Beth recklessly murdered him... meanwhile you have Morty feeling bad for killing an animal in *self defence*
The asprin thing was a pun, not Morty failing to remember Buzz Aldrin's name. An Asp is a type of snake Asp+Aldrin=Asprin. Rick's advil joke was just him riffing on the fact that Motry's snake pun was also a pain reliever... i think...
5:18 "Clearly meant to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger from Terminator 1" [Footage from T2] Looks more like Kyle Reese to me but whatever I'm not a snake
Siri didn’t make a mistake, apparently the entire discography of the beetles played in a row is about 10 hours, the length jerry asked to set a timer for.
I just wanna point out that although it seems weird for summer to hang with those two chicks she doesn't like, I've come to learn that women befriend and unfriend women faster than I go through cars
The commitment to the snake bit in and of itself makes this the best Episode to date! Endless references I laughed for days. A tue example of why this show is so great!
You are correct! & while we are on the subject... does not Mr. Klein here kinda resemble Reese??? And here's a really obscure one for ya... The lamp in Morty's room is an 'Elephant Lamp'! Which I believe is a reference to Mr. Hall's shop project in 'The Breakfast Club'!
I think the katana snake who appears next ot the terminator snake in the crowd was a reference to cod zombies takeo who along with the rest of ultimis travel back in time to kill other versions of themselves cor their souls
All beatles songs in total last almost 10hrs its not really a misinterpretation. The real question is how come jerry suddenly got ballsy and refuse help facing certain death, then jumps off a crashing plane like its mission impossible. Theres no reasoning for his 180 character change and no one seems bothered by it.
Yeah, definitely my favourite episode of the season by far. The snake alphabet solely consisting of "S" cracked me up terminally. However, this run in general... Is it just me, or does the show seem a lot nastier? The video points out some of the stuff with Jerry, but also, Rick is literally beating Morty now. Both this and the heist episode are mostly about cynically pointing out the clichés in a particular story genre. And Rick doesn't show more than ten seconds of humility in the entire run - he's kind of insufferable, and I think the only time he's even smiled was at the start of the toilet episode. Before this episode, the main word that kept coming to mind was "joyless". It feels like the show has gone a bit too far into cynicism and darkness - too much Dan and too little Justin, maybe. And this will probably make 90% of readers stop reading or flex for some trolling, but it feels like more of a sausage fest than ever. I know there are still women in the writers' room, but it doesn't feel like it at all - Beth and Summer have barely featured all season. So yeah... I loved this episode, and mildly enjoyed most of the others in this run, but it's with some major caveats.
I felt that all the episodes ranged from okay to good, except for the dragon one. What was up with all the drug references? Did Rick get high and shit like that before?
This season feels rushed. This episode and the train are super nonsense and boring (the train one is actually super clever, but also super boring). Like you said, it feels its losing its essence, jerry gets dumber each episode to a point that if things keep up he wont be able to get out of bed without tripping and dying or to speak. For me this season have the only bad episodes (again, for me) and the rest are ok with some cool moments.
i still don’t understand why future rick and morty drop off the costumes/snake time travel instructions to past rick and morty and i’m beginning to feel like i never will
Slippy being sent to the snake homeworld and the whole scientist to analyze it reminded me of the enigma code. And subsequently the movie imitation game.
If I get the ending right, an infinite loop has been created. Every Rick and Morty pair waits a few years to then go back in time and give another pair of Rick and Morty, that reach a point in time, the chore to make snake costumes to wear and then go invent time travel for the snakes. Which means that, as we have seen in the episode where they split time, that there are now many split-up worlds - or that, every time that they go back, they effectively split up time again, resulting in endless road forks at that point in time. Thus, they never REALLY change the original time frame that continues to exist, but that, as soon as they try and change it, a copy is created, and the original one remains untouched, because you can't really change time travel - you can only time travel to a copy version.
The 80's Punk Rock Snake with a chainsaw (8:41 min) is a reference to the arcade game Time Killers, the character is named, Rancid. - A streetwise punk from New Chicago who carries a chainsaw. His forehead is marked with an X-shaped scar. It is possible his backstory was somewhat inspired from Charles Manson, who had carved a swastika into his forehead.
What if one day Beth gets to see everything Jerry had thought of while he's going though some shit and doesn't admit? Maybe she'd see what a great guy he is? Yeah he may be a bit of loser, but damn he loves her. He's trying to prove himself to his wife, his intentions are good but poorly executed. Everybody's got a quirk, that's just his.
the first terminator snake was shot by a Kyle Reese snake, not a Schwarzenegger snake. The snake's clothes and gun look exactly like Reese's clothes and gun in T1.
Not sure if that's technically time travel. I read it more as a commentary on how people are doomed to repeating the same cycles of behavior over and over again. That was always one of the main themes in that show.
I think we may not have been following c137 because of summer being friends with the other two, subtle differences like that may signify different universes. Also they messed up with Beth not having Jerry's number saved as she had just called him before :( not like them to make some mistakes. Unless I missed something. Peace, Love and Positive vibes to all 😁
I concur this is my favorite episode of season 4, followed swiftly by the old man an d the seat. It was about shitting and still managed to be kinda deep.
I know this is a stupid thing to pick out, but there's a snake Lincoln and a Snake Hitler, why did their history follow earth so closely (or ours follow theirs...).
Brooo This mess was playin in my sleep I woke up to a buncha snakes 🐍 Hissing and got mad I was like This is so f’in dumb Cuz it went on soooo long I was like “How are they getting away with this ?” That was last year A couple of days ago I saw the episode again in it’s whole context One of my favorite episodes too Now 😭😭😭😭 Love it Real smart and fast paced This and the train episode I love it
Which episode of Season 4 Part 1 was your favorite?
would a real breakdown be things other then what was missed on screen in the episode this is perception not a breakdown
as most breakdowns would be longer then the episode im sure
this is only 10 mins so they can get paid or it would be 2 mins if these guys had there way
Claw and Hoarder: Special Ricktim's Morty B~)
The Old Man And The Seat is most likely my favourite episode because of the Rick and Tony relationship.
The worst episode is definitly the one with the dragon...
This one or episode one of season 4
The poor little cyborg was sent to defend them and Beth recklessly murdered him...
meanwhile you have Morty feeling bad for killing an animal in *self defence*
Some of us are ricks and then others are jerrys
Ok, siri's line of "playing the Beatles" is not siri messing up. If you play all tracks from the beatles back to back it's 10 hours
Jack Dyle 😮😮😮
This was what i assumed first. Was surprised by what they said
@@CarInMyAss Yeah, pretty surprising that people don't know the total length of all Beatles songs. Don't they teach that in the kindergarten?
its a double entendre then
@@renx81 Actually I learned it in 1st grade 😂
The asprin thing was a pun, not Morty failing to remember Buzz Aldrin's name. An Asp is a type of snake Asp+Aldrin=Asprin. Rick's advil joke was just him riffing on the fact that Motry's snake pun was also a pain reliever... i think...
Yes. I noticed that too.
Bravo
The Christmas hats exemplify the ontological time travel paradox.
7:55 Snake abradolf lincler
5:18 "Clearly meant to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger from Terminator 1" [Footage from T2]
Looks more like Kyle Reese to me but whatever I'm not a snake
That is exactly something a snake would say...
Exactly!!! it's Kyle Reese from the original Terminator. the presenter got it wrong
trZomB Ah, my bad! I honesty auto-associate the shotgun with Arnold. But definitely should have double-checked before writing/editing.
Wile we are on the subject... who else thinks Dave Klein looks like Reese???
How dare you call Snowball, "Snuffles"!!!!!
Snuffles was his slave name!
Siri didn’t make a mistake, apparently the entire discography of the beetles played in a row is about 10 hours, the length jerry asked to set a timer for.
They ended an entire civilization of intelligent snakes for no reason..
Christopher Cervantes blame Morty for wanting to get involved
They were never suppose to go this far
This is Morty's fault because he never stayed in the car
Huh, you have made me realize how Rick could wipe out humanity if he time traveled.
Yeah, on their timeline, but there are an infinite number of other timelines the snake civilization still exist. No big whoop.
I just wanna point out that although it seems weird for summer to hang with those two chicks she doesn't like, I've come to learn that women befriend and unfriend women faster than I go through cars
This is my favourite episode from season 4.
The commitment to the snake bit in and of itself makes this the best Episode to date! Endless references I laughed for days. A tue example of why this show is so great!
Bwaas when you’re able to carry a plot line with minimal dialogue.... it’s a beautiful thing
I wonder if a human tricked adam and eve to eat the apple(banana?)in their bible......
and banana falling on of newton
no one notices that rick and morty wears starship trooper armor no nice attention to details
The snake that saves Morty while he's in his bedroom on his phone is Kyle Reese snake not Arnold Schwarzenegger
Rick Sanchez: "This is why we won't time travel."
The german shepherd's eyes are standing out because it's being constricted by a snake
This episode was so confusing
I still don't understand the future and present rick and morty part.
@@zhiqianwenthis made me feel a lot better cus i don’t either
You forgot the MIT snake with the 80’s hair holding a drink with a Tab Cola symbol on it.
I'm just here to hear some snake jazz 🤷🏾♀️🐍🎷
How can someone look so buff yet so scrawny at the same time
By having thin hands 🤔 but good chest I guess
Buff chest, skinny arms.
I will bang him anytime
All the black eye and past morty and rick giving chores. Is a reference to a doraemon episode
I always thought that the buzz Advil thing was there to show they were in a different deminsion
I think the katana snake who appears next ot the terminator snake in the crowd was a reference to cod zombies takeo who along with the rest of ultimis travel back in time to kill other versions of themselves cor their souls
i would love to see an episode of reick and morty where snowball from season 1 asks rick and morty for help
Someone said the siri thing was a joke that the entire beatles catalog is 10 hours long, which would explain the joke

Okay, real talk: are the time cops just the Stephen King’s Langoleers?
If I get the ending right, an infinite loop has been created. what happened to buddy Hutton?!??! :(

but how do they work?
You forgot to mention Morty's blackeye tho.
B. Nainggolan Channel watch the whole episode. Rick punches him in the face for getting out of the car

what about the time travel plot point?
where they have the book but do not bother making a copy of it. so they do not have to do it later
Do the Snakes Math, people.
YES... but instead of counting fingers, they count tails. So it is 'Base 1'. Making this Episode 10,000 of Season 1000.
I can't wait for season 4 part 2 : electric boogaloo .
Wolfphototech agree, with the brand new horror aspect implemented
I hope we get a special episode on HBO Max of Rick and Morty in Boob World.

Raven Haili ❤️❤️❤️. I feel this
He murdered an entire plane just for being petty. Jerry's the worst.
Hello chest !
the first terminator snake was shot by a Kyle Reese snake, not a Schwarzenegger snake. The snake's clothes and gun look exactly like Reese's clothes and gun in T1.
Its acctually buz asprin is my favorite part
nothing about how the snakes are unified by the alien's appearance.
I'm sure there have been other scenes that are shown in the intro for season 4
Which?
Did anyone find it unusual to see Rick pull out a real gun and used it during this episode. I thought that was strange.
Wait, is the plan crash is a reference to the Final Destination movies?
There is a time travel end in BSG where the end its the robots are now people, so it resets the timeline set to repeat, again.
Not sure if that's technically time travel. I read it more as a commentary on how people are doomed to repeating the same cycles of behavior over and over again. That was always one of the main themes in that show.
IASIP reference! Cool!
“Clearly meant to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger from Terminator 1”

The ring and grudge are from the the early 2000s
Troy McClure you’re thinking about the American versions, the japanese are from 90’s
i don't get why there's multiple rick and morty's that show up this episode, what's up with that??
How would Rick those tools in Bob world, will be my question every episode.
I still don't understand the present and future rick and morty part
Isn't all episode story one big reference to Star Trek and Prime Directive?
He didn't mention about how they poke fun of the woke culture 😂
Was that when Rick made fun of snake racism?
I believe "Buzz Aspirin" is meant to be a play on the word "asp".
What makes you think Morty is trying to help Rick with the flat? Morty steps out just to defy Rick, nothing more
I know this is a stupid thing to pick out, but there's a snake Lincoln and a Snake Hitler, why did their history follow earth so closely (or ours follow theirs...).
The snake with chain saw who is that suppose to be?
I don't know if anyone noticed, how does the snake bite Morty when it's wearing a space helmet ?
The helmet had little fang holes in it.
So when you think about it according to Dan Harmons words rick and morty has jumped the shark
How did you miss the SnakeDonalds cup??

Why they have to scan the planet to find anti-venom ?, The snake who bit Morty was right in front of them
This one then the one with Facists
Everything leads to Facism
ricks answer to everything is shoot it lol
Snake-raham Lincoln. See? You could have tried a little bit harder with that one.
I'd have gone with Viper-aham Serpen-coln.
What did Rick mean when he said "extra layer of heartbreak"
The fact that the snake was a woman- supposedly making the death more tragic. (Probably due to the fact that women can give birth)
