I think luxury hotels should have jetted tubs in the suites, that to me spells luxury for it's that something "extra" that other hotels don't have and most people don't have in their homes and isn't that what you go to a luxury hotel for? To get what you don't have if only for a couple nights? Or maybe that's just me.

I love Como properties but wanted to ask you: is it true that there is no beach at Point Yamu? If so, wasn't that a deal breaker for you? Especially given other alternatives in Phuket with beautiful beaches (Amanpuri, Trisara).
That's correct. Point Yamu by COMO’s elevated aspect above the Cape affords 360 degree spectacular Andaman Sea views but it also provides some disappointing news for beachgoers as the resort has no direct access to a beach. However, the good news is that the resort has a private COMO Beach Club on a small island, 40 minutes by complimentary boat shuttle from the hotel
