I'm not the biggest Narnia fan but we can all agree that 1. this song is majestic and 2. everyone needs a two-sword-wielding centaur lieutenant (Are you with me? To the death)
One of the best pieces of soundtrack ever made, in my humble opinion. While, as a diehard fan of the Narnia books from age 2, the list of things I dislike about the Narnia movies is as long as my leg, I will never have anything negative to say about the first movie's soundtrack. Absolutely a masterpiece.
@@conradd1352 One complaint is that they made Caspian too old. I understand it was for "Romance" but seriously, he was a kid in the book and seeing him go from a kid to an adult between Prince Caspian and Voyage was part of why it was went well in the BBC version. Not that the BBC was perfect, but at least they got that right. I also felt that Lucy was made too pretty. Not that being pretty is bad but part of the Voyage was where she wished she was as beautiful as Susan, but she was already pretty in her own right so she had real reason to wish for that. I could go on but...
the best soundtrack.. i hav ever heard in my life..... ths thng takes us beyond our imagination..... wonderful.... cant xplain in words.... simply superb..... whenever i hear this i remeber ofmy childhood days when i used to imagine of such a land......................
Whenever i need inspiration to write something like a story, i listen to this and I can think of all the things I can do to make the story awesome. Thank you Narnia for your incredible, inspiring music!!! FOR ASLAN!!!!!!!!!!
Major spoiler alert All of the life except Susan die in a train accident. So Aslan accepts them into his world that we realize is a Heaven and Alsan is Jesus.
FlyHighFlyBC we live in an infinitely vast universe, which in infinitely old, all these infinite's provide infinite possibilities, which mean that all works of fiction, are in fact non fiction, just a history of a different part of the universe
badassninja33 theoretically. It could very much be the case, yes, but it is just as unlikely as it is likely. That's why we have debates and discussions about religions and god as well :D
thing is, I also believe in God, and that evolution and old world formation (Earth being 4.5 billion years old) is how God did it. Religion tells us what God did, science tells us how God did everything
I'm not really that excited for the silver chair movie, but one of my wishlists for it is to make the score sound magical because that's what really got me. I know that there are a lot of fans who really want Harry Gregson Williams back, but he's not, and that's not because the film will be a reboot, which is What the internet is calling it, it's not. I'm voting for John Powel, because he does incredible music.
I am more of a J.R.R. Tolkien/Middle-Earth/LOTR fan myself, but i will admit, C.S. Lewis did one heck of a good job with these books! the films and scores (while not quite as good as lotr) are amazing!!
i love this sountrck I find this soundtrack fits the whole film I always get when I put the skin assets sountracks then I hear the film just love it Nania forever
I LOVE THIS SONG AND MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS SONG IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!!!! FOR NARNIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually I have to disagree with you on Prince Caspian. I thought it was pretty good. Voyage really wasn't that great though and of course the soundtrack for all three surpasses many other soundtracks with it's greatness
Best. Movie. Soundtrack. Ever. My band at my school is playing this, and kn totally stoked. We just got the music a week ago, and its finally coming together:D can't wait!!
Two boys at my school, every day without fail, will yell "For Narnia!" at some point in the day. No joke. One of my friends got annoyed and so she continued it and yelled "For Aslan!" in the hopes that they would stop if someone was playing along. Needless to say, it backfired on her and they scream "For Narnia!" more often.
This song seriously empowers me. I always think of the "...Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God..." and I really wanna kick Satan's butt with it! Praise Jesus!
OHMYGOSH SUCH EPIC MUSIC STARTING FROM 0:37 I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE THIS MOVIE AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE SCENE FROM THE MOVIE AND I CAN JUST PICTURE THE BATTLE IN MY HEAD AS THE MUSIC PLAYS WITH PETER AND HIS FABULOUS WHITE HORSE AND THE CENTAUR WITH THREE SWORDS. OH OKAY NOW THE WITCH'S ARMY IS ADVANCING AND NOW THE EAGLE THINGS ARE DROPPING ROCKS ON THEM AND I LOVE THIS SCENE. SUCH INTENSITY. SUCH WONDERFUL MUSIC.
I'm not the biggest Narnia fan but we can all agree that 1. this song is majestic and 2. everyone needs a two-sword-wielding centaur lieutenant (Are you with me? To the death)
Oh yeah!
Oh fuck the hell yes!
+Mohammed Azam Hussain YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! (I loved that scene .3.)
They say Jadis is half Jinn and half giant. I suspect the giant part is frost giant like Loki.
4. You need a good catchphrase before fighting (FOR NARNIA!)
This was the best part of my childhood.
I still hear the sound effects
same. I was about 11 when it first came out. I can't believe this December will be its 10th anniversary!!
You joking?!? This movie came out when i was 3 and I am obsessed with it. What day in december is the 10 birthday?
Jane Dunham
Dec. 9th for the U.S.
+MachoNachoes IKR!!!! BY FAR THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN IN 2006!!!!

two years later I wholeheartedly agree
I'm curious, what are your complaints with the movie?
the only thing i have to complain about the movie is that it just had to end ugh i love it so much

3:04 always makes me feel goosebumps
This song just made my exams 25% more epic
And your offensive was increased by 25%.
Why lot of people dislikes this beautiful music ?
Because people have an agenda. That's why.
Narnia 1: Awesome!
Narnia 2: Great!
Narnia 3: Great!
Every Narnia movie was and is awesome!!!

This song is so epic, honestly, I can feel the magic go through my veins!
the best soundtrack.. i hav ever heard in my life..... ths thng takes us beyond our imagination..... wonderful.... cant xplain in words.... simply superb..... whenever i hear this i remeber ofmy childhood days when i used to imagine of such a land......................
this is my fav song in the whole movie

So epic! One of my favorites from the movie! I wish narnia was real!!!
Doesn't everyone?
I hope Lucy sees Aslan again, it was sad when they had to say goodbye forever.
Cheryl Carner spoiler alert. Dont read if you want to avoid
In the last book the kids get to live in aslans world forever without having to leave
Major spoiler alert
All of the life except Susan die in a train accident. So Aslan accepts them into his world that we realize is a Heaven and Alsan is Jesus.
Narnia is real.
4:09 is my favorite part. It gives off a sense of pride and duty
I really love how choir-rich this music is. It flows seemlessly with the rest of the music
It's 2021 and I'm here ❤️💪
I wish Narnia was real
I think it is, in a sense.

So it is real
i can't belive this soundtrack didn't came to academy awards
Hollywood had an agenda back then. And that agenda is much worse today.
I'm gonna listen to this before my marching band competition tomorrow. Hopefully we qualify for state!

1st movie was definitely the best

Judging book by cover-unhealthy fast food-MCU generation 🤦🏻♂️, what can you expect ❓
The battle music-OMG-I can’t stop listening.
This is the music play in my head when my Calculus professor walks in with exams on his hands.
My older sister walked down the isle to this theme playing on an enormous organ! Needless to say, I was crying...
This is my favorite off of the whole track... everything is just so wonderfull in this peice of music
This song marked mu entire life! I love it :) Harry Gregson Williams is phenomenal!
I am more of a J.R.R. Tolkien/Middle-Earth/LOTR fan myself, but i will admit, C.S. Lewis did one heck of a good job with these books! the films and scores (while not quite as good as lotr) are amazing!!

Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe = Good
Prince Caspian = Meh
Voyage of the Dan Treader = Terrible
Soundtrack = Masterpiece
Screaming. Yeah adding more humans to it just defeated the effect for me.
Actually I have to disagree with you on Prince Caspian. I thought it was pretty
good. Voyage really wasn't that great though and of course the soundtrack for all three surpasses many other soundtracks with it's greatness
Yes, the best is the first movie. So medieval-fantasy and so good !
