You mentioned that one of your drivers saw trucks tipped over during Storm Eowyn. There are Santa Ana winds here in Southern California that routinely cause high profile vehicles to tip over. Thank you for another great video.

hi darren we had on Friday 100 mile winds I drive for dhl and we were shut
Oh wow, not surprised they shut when it was that bad
What’s the reality being a truck driver during that storm on Friday - if you weren’t happy about driving would you be shown the door? And if you did tip, or have an accident, as the driver, is the responsibility left on you for going out?
If the weather is too severe then you’ve pretty much got a right to refuse, our office will warn people when the weathers bad to take extra care etc and not to do anything that’s unsafe. But if you get blown over, it’s not your fault as a driver
