Push your left leg up from your left hand, than push your right leg up from your right hand. It is the most easy way to explain how to do airflares. Also try to swing your legs as low as possible to the ground before pushing them up.
He's doing high hopping airflares. He doesn't really need to swoop. Some people do it from the 2 double handstand, tucked knees, or munch/baby mill leg crunch/ then throw over. For his style, it's all about him being 45 when he throws with his chest to the sky/ and catching in the pushup position on the landing hand. His angles are off when he throws and catches.
