U actually have it. On the swoop airflare, when u land on the no. 3 hand... Just hold it in a sideways pike.. Don't rush to land on the 3 and 4 hand after the throw. Practice holding the no. 3 hand in a side pike against the wall. Then u got it.
Ur problem is your strong at hand hops. But u want to try to do momentum based airflares with a swoop. Your ideal style would be the hopping airflares cuz ur strong in hand hops. So when u do momentum airflares you don't have a violent throw cuz ur used to hoppinig airflares where the throw isn't as violent. Ur throw arm needs to get farther off the ground when u throw.

I told you that you have better control over your body if you're doing your airflares slow
You will always be too high and airflare in a straight line. You are thinking too much handstand. When you throw imo, that is your chance to reach over / as your body tilts 45 degrees/ that is when you throw over your chest / and land in a push up position on the catch hand. You are reaching over your head to catch another handstand , that is why your catch hand is all twisted and u go in a line. You wanna catch 90 degrees from the 2 handed handstand. U have been practicing the " HIGH " method all year with no results. You have incorrect angles of throw. You perfected ur version of the high spinning hopping handstand with good muscle memory for ur version. But to go circular you need to catch in a pushup position 90 degrees from the 2 handed handstand. Your boy in this video hasn't corected you. Makes me sad , the bboy community doesn't help eachother out in 2025. U have to have a little front swoop action... or a hint of it.. that way when you throw ur body has a chance to catch in a push up position. No swoop, it will be harder for a beginnner to catch and land in the right spot. If u look at Kaio, when he does high form, he is always throwing and landing behind him.. therefore causing him to go circular.... If he didn't constantly focus on throwing and catching behind him, his high airflares would be in a striaght line.

Practise slow airflares, you gonna have better control over your body.
Push your left leg up from your left hand, than push your right leg up from your right hand. It is the most easy way to explain how to do airflares. Also try to swing your legs as low as possible to the ground before pushing them up.
He's doing high hopping airflares. He doesn't really need to swoop. Some people do it from the 2 double handstand, tucked knees, or munch/baby mill leg crunch/ then throw over. For his style, it's all about him being 45 when he throws with his chest to the sky/ and catching in the pushup position on the landing hand. His angles are off when he throws and catches.

On the high airflare hop, i see u got the swoop, and u throw ur arm far off the ground = good, just gotta make it to 3 o clock position, but when ur airborne try to rotate/twist your body to the left to make it. Gotta be more violent on the throw and the twist to land in the proper place.
It looked like in the 1st 1/2 u were doing high hop style airflares. Toward end of video u were doing high swinging airflares. For swinging id say, do wall exercises and turn sideways and just hold it for as long as you can 4 reps each arm. That way u will build airflare explosive muscles for the swinging airflare throw. I live vicariously through u as i eat popcorn, lol.
U see in theory. If you practice the hand hops where u chest is facing the sky and you hop. Now look at your high airflare. Before you throw, you are facing the sky in that same angle. However, the way you practice hand hop , isn't the same position you need when you are about to hop in your high airflare. U need to change the way you practice hand hops to prepare u for the airflare hop. Your hand hop is different from the type of hand hop you need in ur high airflare.
You gotta throw that arm to the 3 o clock position. You can't " throw " when ur vertical. Thats why u have to initiate a swoop and turn sideways to throw. U will feel it in ur shoulder.
The main problem is with your landing hand/arm. When you land, you have your left arm in front of you, and that's why you're falling. You must open more with your arms and chest while you're jumping from one hand to another.

This is what you need to do. When you catch the airflare, just hold it on the catch arm in a sideways pike. Don't rush to hit 2 hand handstand. Just throw it, catch, stall on catch or for a millisecond with perfect form, then continue. Don't throw, catch almost virtually with both hands it's messing ur form up. U started leaning less vertical so thats good.
Why don't you ask your boy sitting down behind you on the phone for help with your airflares? I seen him bust some perfect form airflares?

Right after the jump focus on left leg. As soon as you land on your left hand, try to PUSH your left leg up from your left hand before you put down your right hand on the floor.

Try to look into the ceiling before the jump on your airflare. Also swing your legs not from front to back but from down to up.

Harvey... U know wuts ruining ur airflares....? U have this idea that an airflare is a walkover. Try not using a vertical handstand... and throw it like a mid level swinging airflare... Use that same concept of a mid level swinging airflare... but bring it high.. into a high airflare... ( But forgetting about the handstand walkover ) Then keep hips high and catch on other side of your body..... Once you reset ur way of thinking, i believe you will nail it.
Thanks, before I trained it the low way but I took a break because other people I know learnt through doing a hop over and it have them control for multiple, will occasionally train the low one too
@@harvenator77 The problem with the hop over technique / when u do it from a walkover / most are unable to have a leg swoop.. So it turns into a straight line / no leg swoop/ high / hopping situation. And because there is no swoop, it usually only goes in a straight line. Unless you can still do it no swoop, but break out of that straight line / and throw over your chest ( not head ) and catch on the other side of your body. I wanna see more high airflare practice.. I live vicariously through you, lol. I wanna see you break out of your high airflare straight line.. With or without a swoop. Just be like fuk it, im gonna throw, be airborne for a second, and catch on the otherside of my body. ( but instead of going airborn/ most rely on the hansdstand )
