Which Pokémon Would Sonic The Hedgehog Characters Choose?
Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog are both releasing games in the coming months that we are keeping a close eye on. Pokemon is introducing their 9th Pokemon Generation with Scarlet and Violet, whereas Sonic is releasing a new, open-world experience in Sonic Frontiers. This comes with the added news that the third Sonic movie has now been given a release date. We are very excited to see where these franchises go, so we are going to combine them today. Let's see which Pokemon a few of the Sonic characters would use.

Thought for sure Amy would have a Tinkaton, I mean, both are pink hammer wielders
At the time the script for this video was written, which was before Scarlet and Violet were released, Tinkaton didn't exist yet.
For a Part 2, I would actually like to see Mighty and Ray.
I can already picture Dr. Eggman with a team that spells his name, given how much of a narcissist he is.
Exeggutor (what else to say, except 'eggs')
Gyarados (obviously referencing Eggman's anger issues)
Galvantula (because Eggman can make good use of a walking power source, just like Tails' Jolteon)
Metagross (referencing Eggman's love of machines)
Aegislash (referencing Eggman's desire to conquer the world)
Nidoking (because Giovanni has one)

I’m surprised that shadow got an umbreon just like Gwen from Total Drama. Just look at which Pokémon would TDI characters choose.
Sweet! I was looking forward to this video, plus I was hoping Sonic would get Pikachu and Espio to get Greninja.
My only question is, which pokemon would Blaze, Big and Cream choose?
Blaze would probably have an Incineroar due to being a fellow fire cat.
Big would have a Slowpoke since the two enjoy fishing.
Cream would have a Pichu since their both beginners.

I'd give Blaze a Braixen, I agree with Big having a Slowpoke, and I'd give Cream a Togepie.
Both or great options for big and cream that I have seen on here but I would also give blaze a Flareon because fire type and flare does resemble a fire cat as well

I hope you guys do a part two of this with Blaze and other Sonic the Hedgehog character in it.
Which Pokémon would you give to Blaze, Sticks, Big, Cream, Jet, Wave, Storm, Tikal, Chip or the villains such as Eggman, Mephilis, Infinite, Zavok, Metal Sonic and Black Doom?
Blaze would have a Flareon.
Chip would have a Vanillite.
Cream would have a Buneary.
Metal Sonic would have a Rotom.
Black Doom would have Darkrai.
Sticks would have a Thrubbish or Muk.
Big would have a Slowbro.
Bird trio would have either bird pokemons or fast pokemons.
Tikal would have a Chikorita or Togepi.
Mephiles gets Necrozma

Besides, what about "Chicken Little?" It was one of the most infamous W.D.A.S. films and nobody seem to care about it. And yet, they still acknowledge it.
You missed one more Pokemon that Shadow would choose. Mewtwo due to the fact that Shadow and Mewtwo's Backstories are too similar.
I didn't think about that. I can't believe that didn't cross my mind when writing the script. My apologies. If he had a team of 6, it would certainly be there.

Hey guys. Script writer for this video here. I just want everyone to know that this script was written BEFORE Pokemon Scarlet and Violet came out. So if there is a Pokemon from Gen IX that you think should have been on here, keep this in mind.

I can see Sonic owning a Cylizar since it can help him go F A S T by letting him ride it
Shadow would also probably have a Purrloin since it’s a purple-colored, dark-type kitten (and it can help him steal Sonic’s tech like in prime)
I think Ursaluna would be a good pokemon for Knuckles but the ones you game him weren't bad
I think Shadow should have Alolan Raichu, it hovers with its tail similar to how Shadow hovers with his air shoes
You should have given shadow newtew because both have almost the same backstory
That was an oversight on my part. If we ever gave more Pokemon to these characters, Shadow would have Mewtwo for sure.

Honestly think Jolteon fits Sonic more. Both speed-oriented. Then all three of Sonic/Shadow/Silver would have an Eevee-lution. Great video btw.

Which Pokémon Would Monsters vs Aliens Characters Choose?
If you were to make a part 2 out of this, I can actually see Cream having a Togepi, Igglybuff and Buneary on her team, Blaze having a Charizard, Incineroar and Dragonite, Big having a Froakie, Politoed and Snorlax and Marine having a Poliwag, Pelipper and Staryu.
While Mighty would have a Chikorita, Torchic and Armaldo, Ray would have a Turtwig, Sentret and Emolga and Chip would have a Munchlax, Dedenne and Swirlix.
This is what I had for sonic, it would seem off but his Pokémon would be flygon and manectric, flygon being a dragonfly and they are know for production very fast sound waves, and manectric being a loyal sparky dog, plus I just seen them both doing well with sonic.

i enjoyed the video and would love to see anther with characters like blaze, cream and a few others, i also think it would be cool for a heist team video to see which sonic characters would be best to pull off a heist
Hey 1UpBinge, while you are doing Sonic the Hedgehog, how about you do what types would the Sonic Characters have if they were pokemon. I think that would be a cool video to see. Instead of them having Pokemon teams, make the Sonic Characters into Pokemon and give them types single or dual types. Same thing with if Mario Enemies were Pokemon what types would they be.
I've actually wanted to write a script on giving Sonic characters Pokemon types, so hopefully I will be able to do that soon :)

I think that Vector should have been given a Toxtricity, due to its affinity for music.

I would swapped Sonic’s Pikachu for Tails’s Jolteon.
If Pokémon and Sonic were to have a crossover, I am very sure that Pikachu being the mascot would make them a no-brainer decision for the tech-loving fox.

The script was written before Gen IX (Scarlet and Violet) came out. As a result, Tinkaton wasn't introduced yet.

I think Tails should have a Buizel because whilst Buizel doesn't fly, it uses its twin tails in an identical way to traverse water

@@lucasthebigl You guys are correct. The script was written before Gen IX came out. Once I turn in a script for them, the rest is out of my hands and the rest of the team takes it from there. If they asked me to do any rewrites based off the new Pokemon, I would have done it and DEFINITELY had Tinkaton on Amy's team.
My apologies for any confusion. I am only the script-writer for this video. I don't have any influence on when the full video gets made. That's entirely up to other people.

Who knows? Maybe Sonic would adopt the Pikachu he tried to save at the beginning of Smash Bros Ultimate’s World of the Light.

I think Tails should have Klinklang it's gear pokemon Tails builds gadget and he use gears.
Amy should have Tinkatton because Amy fight with large hammer and Tinkatton fight with large hammer. and Amy should have Tailow because Amy have blue bird friend called Lily.
Rouge should have Gholdengo. Gholdengo is covered with gold coins and it could help her
to find treasure.
Sliver should have Celebi. Celebi goes back it time also Sliver.
Sonic should have Toxtricity blue. Toxtricity has blue spikes and it's play guitar
