Ah! You did such a great job!! Even though you weren't planning on swatching the lip products, I'm glad you did. I'm a lip junkie so it made me happy :) even though I just recently went through & decluttered my stash, you make me want to go through everything again haha

My boyfriend has watched some of your videos with me, and the ones that he's watched you've mentioned mostly lip products and how much you love them, so anytime he hears you mention a lip product he acts as if you're a druggie with lips (if that makes sense haha) and he jokingly says "I think she needs so makeup rehab"

I have around 200 lipsticks, glosses etc and I'm not even a youtuber and only wear make up occasionally. This is a small collection to me :-D

You sell the makeup after you've sanitized it
Lip gloss can't be sanitized though!
But, other things can at least!
+Randomly Reagan Yes powders are easy to sanitize. But anything with doe foot applicators can not!
+Jane Nelson not if it is being dipped back into the product. I do makeup on the side so I know about sanitizing items. I'm just responding to what the original question asked by another person!

Loved the video. Funny that my goal for this year is to use up as much as I can from my makeup collection. As I'm getting older I'm using less makeup, experimenting less... So I'm gonna use up my crazy stuff or give it away to a friend.

Awesome declutter! I bring all my lipsticks I don't want to keep in my purse to give away to family! I feel like half of them don't use it but as long as they're not in my hands anymore I'm happy with that. It was hard for me to give any of them away. I'm such a makeup hoarder.. ermmm.. collecter lol
I'd like to see the vanity declutter. I like that you don't have a crazy collection of makeup like some youtubers, where its just insane. You have a really good collection where you can realistically use everything up, and its stuff you either want to try out or know you love. Its not an insane amount. I find that really wonderful. Always love decluttering vids so do hope you do more of them.
Even if you don't actually declutter your vanity it would still be really fun to have a video to see everything that you keep there now and how you keep it. Loved this video! They are always really motivational and it also felt like such good timing as I just decluttered my own collection again. Thank you Ashley :)

Hi, I was wondering how you got those samples of the small lipsticks like the urban decay or the kat Von d ones? I like the colors of the bold colors the have like the brighter purple or the ones like lady flower but I don't want to pay for the whole product on the first time just to come up with new looks or to see if I enjoy it.
How do I get more comfortable wearing out bolder shades of lipstick? Like not even anything crazy, I even have a hard time wearing out bright reds. I love them, I just get timid wearing them out
+Emily K (MakeupAllDayWithEmilyK) Don't worry what people think! Be confident in the colors you wear. I used to be so afraid and now I literally weary any lip color. Ease your way into it, wear softer colors at first and then go for bold. No one will judge you, it's all in your head :)
I was the same way too! I started by sheering out bright lip colors.. As in, only putting some in the center of my lips and spreading it around with my lips.. if that makes sense. that way it looked like a lip stain not a bright, bold lip color. and own it! don't be afraid, seriously no one is judging!

I started just wearing them around the house so that whenever I caught a glimpse of myself it would start to look normal, then I wore them sheered out away from home, and now I've gotten to the point that I'll even wear navy blue and emerald green lipstick out. I love wearing bold colors and there isn't a day where I've worn them that I haven't gotten at least one compliment, sometimes multiple on them.
Please show your vanity. Also are you going to choose a different eye shadow palette to use up in 2016?

Excellent video - long, interesting enough to keep watching. Great collection downsize. I don't think I'm strong enough to get rid of as much stuff. By the way, I found the perfect full drawer size organizers on Amazon - I put them throughout both of my Alex 9 drawers.
