You've captured the spirit of the song! Bravo! Siekiera were big in the Polish punk community when I was a kid, and I still remember hearing these uncanny (for punk standards at least) songs for the first time. If they were to reunite and were short of a bass player, they could give you a call :-)

Siekiera wasn't big at all. They were not recognised and they broke up too soon.
@@DerekHundik 4 years in 80s is perhaps "too soon" but in terms of punk bands it is not bad at all.

@Lillian - sure we love it. We fans never have enough of this album. BTW. Siekiera (means: axe) was a punk band before this album. Many punk listeners accused them of treachery to the punk music after it was released...
You're getting so many views, because band was (still is) a legend in Poland, where it comes from. This album is still very valued in there.

I've been playing bass for some time (I'm not good, but I can recognize somebody being good). You are damn good :) Also - what bass model is it? I like the sound. Personally I play the ESP-TA 200. A bit long (even if i have really big hands), but has some nice sustain. Still, I could use a model like the one you use just to enjoy the more relaxed bass play :)
Also, I loved your adaptation of the sond as well as the way you play the bass. It seems that you have it all figured out and all movements are planned and minimalistic. There are not unnecessary notes, everything is in place and the groove is nice.
Hi, thank you for your kind words! I have been playing for about a year now but not very consistently, so I'm always surprised to hear good things. I have an Ibanez TMB100M! Bought a few years ago but only recently started to really play.
@@arugula666 Thank you for the reply :) And I really liked your adaptation. Also your bass looks like it's really pleasant to play (mine is more of this metal thing that has long sustain and is more Motorhead like). I will check out your bass model as it definitely has something I am looking for.
