I have same projectors in my headlights and H1 LED bulbs and I'm very satisfied how they work. HID is about 10-15% brighter then LED, but on the other side LED creates less heat so chrome in the housing will not be burned. LED you bought are not good for mounting in projectors, they are for high beam in reflector housing. Try LED with phillips chip, because LED chip on them is same size and at the same position as filament in halogen bulb.
You can check my other videos after this vid was posted. I used these on my mini moto and the light beam is actually pretty good considering I was only using a high powered LED. With a HID the beam would have been even brighter and cleaner
So are you saying HID would be brighter and better than led? I'm in the middle of doing it now and i have both a nice led from and i have the sylvania super duper HID they make for 79 bucks at all the auto parts stores. The faster you coukd answer this the better cuz im installing them tonighg.
HID will be better than LED for sure as HID has a full light coverage. I haven't seen any local auto stores around here that sell HID besides online stores.
@@tonytypes oh then they're probably nor hid. They're the expensive Sylvania ones that you get at AutoZone and advance Auto parts. I got the extreme white or something like that. They were the most expensive ones they had at 79 bucks.
@@tonytypes I got those months ago. Wasn't happy and got a really nice pair of LED that I'm using now so I'll just mod it for now and use the LED until I order some hid. I'll order tonight but have to wait until they get here
Hey, Joe, you need Halogen H1 Bulb or LED with rounded neck those flat one no good All Chinese made things is out of any standards and need modification All items are copy and patent protection cant goes after those tiffs because are made not same.
I bought the same projectors for my retrofits into my 96 cavalier with a 02 sunfire front end, if I could post a picture of what they look like now I would lol. Oh and my projectors came in a different box and everything
Watch my other video with the projectors installed and working on my motorcycle. The beam is not bad considering I was only using high powered LED's. With HID the beam should be even wider and cleaner. This was only a first look video.
6 years ago there was no mentioning not to use LED's. But now 6 years later tech has improved and I'm sure some LED bulbs should fit and work even better. But for my retro fit on the mini bike I had to use LED bulbs because HID's draw too much power for what the bike can put out
Low beam connects like a regular headlight. High beam is just a flap mechanism and connects the same as high beam. It's actually pretty simply and you can't go wrong
Does no one know that there ARE projector kits for LEDs? Everyone just assumes that projectors are no good for LEDs, but it's HID projectors are no good for LEDs.
There are some, but none with a wide beam that is affordable. Most of the cheap LED projector uses cheap LED chips, not as bright, and has a narrow beam. That's why I decided to retrofit a real LED headlight bulb into this projector. Its bright and does not have any blinding glare. Lights up evenly too. With HID bulbs I'm sure the beam would be wider than the LED bulb I am using, but these are better and outshine any cheap LED projector. Now if you are comparing these to the $300+ led projector than that's a different story :)
Dont do that bruhhhh..... also that led are not good for projectors my dude period.... i had thise on my yamaha r6 and trust me used a hid kit dont wast your time on led
I bought the same projectors and they're really cool.. I'm using standar Halogen bulbs and they work pretty well..
I also bought from banggood. And h1 helogan is not fit in this projector. How you do that
Hi,
how about the light output?
I really wanna know before purchasing one on amazon.
I would appreciate if you add a separate video on light output

Can you post a link to these bad boys and will they fit right into the projector without any mods or shaving....??
used HID 35w, the reflector not come off by any chance?
If my headlights have a separate bulb for High Beams, do I need to wire that black and red connectors?
thanks. just what i was looking for. I was most interested in how the light pattern is cast though

Hi I have the same projector in my car. And modify the H1 LEDs, but end up returning to the HID. I did not like how the LED lights.
The LED's I got works great and super bright. The light beam was clean and brighter than most cars on the road.
Thanks for share. Do you check the output with HIDs?

Will that fit on my 2011 srx?
I don't think it will be a direct drop in. You will most likely need to retro fit the projector in the housing.

You should get Katana H1 LED bulb. Katana is really thin, so that you can fit in that hole. BTW, Hikari H1 LED didn't fit in
can h4 helogen bulb fit in this projector?
Nope
Don't you dare retrofit your headlights and then run halogen bulbs in it! It'll be a terrible waste of time lol
BRUH show the beam pattern... thats what matters
Watch my other video with the projectors installed and working on my motorcycle. The beam is not bad considering I was only using high powered LED's. With HID the beam should be even wider and cleaner. This was only a first look video.
when you get them in amazon they tell you to do not use those led bulbs because dont fit

so what about normal H1 Halogen blubs? do these Projectors withstand the heat? Or do you HAVE to use a Xenon HID kit?
A HID kit runs hotter than halogens...
How do connect the high and low
Low beam connects like a regular headlight. High beam is just a flap mechanism and connects the same as high beam. It's actually pretty simply and you can't go wrong
everyone watching this, do NOT do this, the reflectors were NOT designed for LED, only HID. creates unsafe situation for you and other road users.
Good thing these are projector lenses then you ignorant fuck
Question if it use H1 bulbs, how do u connected to ur h4 connector on the car??
You can buy adapters or if you get a HID kit you can get it with the connector for your car
How would i wire up the H1 to a H13 cause my 06 Ram has a h13 female connector
did you end up putting the leds in it?
would like links for this stuff man! interested in doing this on my 2016 cb300f
The brand is KMR but its Chinese so multiple manufacturers make them, but they are unreal with hids but still not blinding
Really led is not fit in this housing?
How to make order for these lenses
@Pehls dmt only projectors
Bump for a pic/video showing their light output. I wanna make sure thet have a nice ___/ ___/ cutoff to them.
I have a video on my channel check it out. It's a couple videos after this one
They are made for hid and hid are better than those led unless you paid 150$ plus for them
LEDs are not bulbs ffs
Where those cables for hi and low connects to?
High beam power obviously
@@jjmmjj9999 how do I connect it? Do I need to tap it?
@@hooman3402 obviously..
@@hooman3402 get a multimeter, find the positive wire when you "flash" (main beam) connect to the red. Black is ground
self explanatory

Your led bulb are bigger than normal H1 bulb, I'm using the other led bulb can fit in that projector.
