This is me, I have every symptom discussed ... now being hopefully tested for gluten ataxia, as coeliac testing was negatige years ago. Just found out yesterday that my sibo testing (Methane and hydrogen) has been lost for over a year, so now have to have a referral again. Did the microbiome test with Healthpath but wished I'd done the SIBO testing instead, and I might not now be so terribly ill.

Been offered rifaximin without testing, but have been taking berberine, B12, B1, vit c, vit D as my B12 and D continue to drop from low to severe despite a diet rich in B12 and D and completely cutting out carbs. I literally eat meats, fish, eggs, some cheese and water.
