These are compilation of mostly saving sixes. Check another out in which they sprint and stop the fours. They show crazy commitment and effort to save even 1 run.
Even for someone who's been watching cricket for the past couple of months ,Zach surely has a mind that picks up the game like a native player just like someone from west australia or someone from a country like India , my point is Zach's really got a good understanding . Would be intrigued to know if he's been playing a hell lot of cricket recently .....anyways you guys are awesome !
This list is just about saving sixes.. You guys have to react to the ones that fielders save the fours.. Half of that compilation will surely be of Brendon mccullum.. That man sprints from inside the circle to the boundaries before the ball reaches there
Nineteen batsmen of those shown would have just been judged caught in the old days. Don't forget the boundary used to be right at the picket fence. (making boundaries & sixes much harder to achieve). The new boundaries were only brought in to minimise injuries to fielders sliding into, or falling onto the picket fences to save runs. I can't remember what year it was changed. Maybe in the 80s or 90s? Someone might know.
when they play on small grounds, you'll see them leaning over the fence, always made me cringe when a pointed picket fence was the boundary, don't know how they didn't puncture something
Surprising there wasn't any from india and south africa? Two of the best fielding teams in world.from India I think hardik pandya and virat kohli would have made it
I was wondering why there weren't any Trent Boult stops in there - then I realised he'd have caught them all... ua-cam.com/video/TzG3pklM6cI/v-deo.html
I hate those stupid pads they use for a boundary with a passion. They're never straight. It's so untidy. Get a proper boundary line! That is one thing baseball has over cricket; they have a fixed wall, and you have to get real good contact to clear it and get a home run.

Check out Glenn Phillips he is the best Fielder right now in the whole world
So glad this video wasn't biased as how most cricket comps are. Pollard should have been added but this was good.
Well, we are glad to hear that as well. Thank you for checking out the video too. Appreciate you for checking us out!
@RealFansSports same to you guys, I'll continue to support
What do you mean it wasn't biased? This is a compilation of just a few of the numerous, incredible such saves that happen every year.

Not quite totally injury free. If you take another look at the first one, Steve Smith was slow getting up, it was a hard landing

some of these didnt require gymnastics, standing right at the boundary would suffice
