2. What thing/app did you use to put this into utau?
3. If its an app or something, can I download it for Windows possibly?
4. How does it work if you can give any advice or something.

1. Thank you! ^^
2. I used two apps: Audacity and UTAU
First I opened the song "parish" in audacity, cut a part where she sings and slowed it down so the utau could recognize it better. After that, I created a folder called "Sarv" and exported this audio (must be in wav format) into it. Then just cut the folder and put it inside utau's voicebanks folder (Program Files(x86) - UTAU - voice).
3. Yes! Audacity and UTAU are free and for windows.
4. I can't explain it very well but here's the project I created (from hello world) that you can be inspired by :)
