HOW TO MAKE PANDAN HONEYCOMB CAKE

Wet ingredients:
- 7 eggs
- 1 can coconut milk/cream (560ml)
- green food coloring
- 1 tsp pandan extract
- 1/2 vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
- 2 cups tapioca flour/starch
- 1/4 rice flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder (double acting)
- 1.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
For pan:
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
