Had to go back and watch this video. This job awaits me in the spring. My vacuum pump is located behind the ice maker in the cockpit. I pulled the ice maker last fall and figure since it's out, I should do the duck bill valves. I usually abide by the "If it ain't broke don't fix it" slogan but in this case I'll just do the job.
It's way easier to do it before it "has to be done". Idk if I mentioned it in the vid, but flush a bunch of liquid fabric softener before you pull it apart. It'll make the job way less stinky
Started watching your videos since I’m always looking up snow plowing videos.. didn’t realize you lived so close to me, I live in Lancaster.. small world lol. I plow and into boating, gained a subscriber!
About time I found someone who has a WellCraft just like mine on UA-cam. Learning a lot from you. I have a 3300. Really enjoy and learn from your videos 👍
Fitz's Fixes Yes, I saw your video on your new 37. Looks awesome. Taking in all your tips on navigating and putting them into practice. Your maintenance videos are also very helpful. I’ll stay tuned
Interesting that the pump and holding tank are inside the boat. I’ve never seen that before. Every boat I’ve owned they were in the bilge area where it’s hard to get to. Any problems with odors on the boat?
Fitz, Sorry for the odd question, Im looking at tablets for the boat for next season, I like the way you use yours. Care to share what Tablet and app you use, I apologize if you covered it all before ( thought you had but couldn't find it) Thanks Mark Hope to see you on the water in the summer
No worries. I had an old galaxy note that ran Navionics on. The new boat I'll be installing iPads in the dash for a cleaner look. Navionics on one, and entertainment on the other
Much appreciated. Boats on the Seneca Cayuga in Seneca Falls the most Will be heading to Fairport and Pittsford sometime this season, also doing the Amphitheater in Syracuse again at least once to see Chesney, Have an 84 350 Chris Craft Miss Meghan Jean. Say hello if you out this far.

Excellent tutorial. I know you were going to adjust the pressure, but didn’t have to. I would like to have seen how that would have been done.
EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Thank you
Great easy access!
Mine is leaking underneath that white box? Any ideas before I go fishing? Thanks.

Yeah it's a bit unusual, but there's no smell where it's located
