the machine he poured the solid gold beads into is the machine that melts it/turns it to molten gold, the thing with the white powder is the mixture they mix together to form the hard mold that they then pour the molten gold into after it's casted

thepjsma Yes. If they want gold, they just cast the piece, and drill out inserts for diamonds. So when you buy an iced out chain like that, you're basically just buying a cast piece of metal with diamonds.

uhmm? They make the mould and then cast the gold into the mould, then drill out the holes for the diamonds.

i'm pretty sure they make the mould, then put the mould into another mixture which then hardens around the mold, making the same shape into a mould that they can then pour the molten gold into, they probably just didn't show that part? idk. that's how i would assume it's done though. Wax would melt as it came in contact with molten gold so there's no way there's any wax inside the structure of the pendant lol

For all those people confused, the wax is melted/burned out of the plaster mould before the gold goes in. So that is solid gold.
