I’m not all the way certain but I think this might have been the very first time one of his arrangements was played by SU’s band….If you look at certain video clips from 2011, 2012, and 2013, you’ll see him in front the band directing. The staff noticed his talent very early & took advantage of it. That’s probably why he was hired onto the staff 2 months after graduating
